I bought this and the way it has to be built is horrible. After putting it together, I started to pick it up and it snapped in half. The way the two main pieces connect is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend it to anybody, its absolutely a terrible product. I went to home depot and bought wood and built my own for $40.00 and its solid wood not compressed cheap wood.

Easy to put together and enough storage capacity...

Excellent product with a great price! Unit holds all my media with room to spare. It looks good and takes up very little space. I read other reviews and made sure I had someone to help move it after assembly. I would definitely buy another one if I needed more storage space.

Finding storage that specifically accommodates large amounts of blu-rays/dvd/cds can be tough, especially for a good price. This has both criteria! I was able to build it myself in about 40 minutes and it looks much more organized than using bookshelves.

I was greatly please at how easy it was to put together and how well written the instructions were written. It was easy to follow. I was also impressed at how nice it looked when I finished. It held a lot of DVD and it was a very good price.

For the money its an okay low profile blu-ray and game rack. May buy agin if the need for more storage occurs.

I was ESTATIC to learn they still have these media shelves around. I have 4 already - 2 smaller and a DVD collection approaching 2000 titles-- LOVE having the added shelf space and used a smaller one for all my CDs (yes, I still keep my CDs - and albums). I admit these unit pieces are not strong enough to sit on by mistake nor are the directions easy to follow for a completely inept craftsman as myself- BUT as you have read: this is my 5th unit of this brand and type and I love the slim/sleek design; all titles out in the open- easy to get to AND it takes practically no room compared to other cases.

Was fairly easy to put together. However, I was surprised how easily it bent forward from the top, even when leaning against the wall. It was even worse with CDs in it. Three weeks after I built it, it collapsed in the middle of the night, cracking CD cases along the way. Best Buy only refunds products that are less than 14 days, so I was out of luck there. The company was unable to refund money, but they sent me another tower, which I'm not really excited about. There is a recommendation to secure the top of the case to the wall. I did not want to scar up my wall, so I did not do it. I paid for that decision with a mess of cracked jewel cases on the floor, but luckily no injuries.

I like it but for the money I paid it isn't very sturdy. Feels very light weight. I hope it stays standing with all the DVDs and CDs I plan on putting in it.

This is the third one of these I've bought. I put them together by myself. I only needed a hand holding the back in place to put in the screws. I use them for movies, games, and my pop vinyls. I absolutely love these stands and they look great as a whole wall.

Only negative i have is that its fairly easy to blow out the sides when screwing the backing on. But for the price, you simply can not beat this item! Its a movie shelf, that's it. Its not going up in a museum. Ill keep using them whenever im ready to add another.

Great way to organize your movies and Cds. Compact does not take much space.

I've bought a few of these to house my gaming collection and have not been disappointed. These are heavy-duty shelves by any means, but do more than enough to get the job done. I'll most likely buy another of these once my this last shelf fills up. Recommend as a good value. Pretty easy to put together too.

I really like this shelf. But the middle shelf only holds CDs. You can't adjust the height on it either. It's thin and fits well in my space but because it's thin it's flimsy so you need to make sure you attach it to the wall for support.

Bought 3 of these to repurpose a nook into storage. Two of the three were broken on arrival. One was replaced, and the other had to be glued back together to avoid the hassle. Looks nice once on the wall.

This unit is perfect for any movie, game or collector buff. the shelf stand over six foot tall when fully assembled and can hold an entire library worth of movies, games and almost anything else that'll fit onto it shelves. It's a great space saving unit!

my only issue with this shelf is the description said it had a textured back drop, it does not, it has a painted on backdrop, but not textured. it doesnt really matter, because thats not why i bought it, but it just wasnt accurate.
