does not hold strong but will do for a little while

out of the box, a piece broke.... fiberboard so thin and cheaply made. packing piece's everywhere...what a mess... fastener's won't tighten up... after an hour of frustration gave up on this cheap made case.

I put it together less then an hour would of liked if it had a different color other then black

Good amount of storage space for all of my movies.

I read many reviews of this before I purchased it. Most were not good. I found that if I was semi-careful I didn't damage anything other people complained about. It is particle board and its thin, so you cant Crank all the screws down as hard as you can. Use common sense and it goes together easily. I used wood glue while putting mine together and its as strong as any other storage shelving unit out there.

If you have some Blu-Rays or DVDs, this is the shelf for you.

Cheaply made. Pieces that are inserted for screws broke the particle board.

It work for the small amound of dvds I have. Love the height.

Great for storage and display of movie collection. Its base is wide enough to prevent easy tipping and not too wide to take up too much space. I wish they still had this in physically in stores. The ones near me do not.

The design and capacity of the shelf is great, however the build quality is lacking. The composite board is really is easily damaged during assembly. Now that I have it installed and attached to the wall with the included bracket it works great.

Wasn't very happy about it I liked the way it liked and the price but I guess you get what you pay for. When I got home and opened it it was broke. In more than one place and as unable to put it together.

Bought two of these for my house and they work great. Was really easy to set up. A little flimsy without CDs but once you put them on, seems to hold everything just fine. Was convenient to have best buy so close and to have what I needed.

Product was cheaply made and very difficult to assemble. I should have never bought it. The prefab metal ones are so much better. You take them out of the box and they are ready. I told my wife that this was definitely not what we were used to from Best Buy! It is way below your standards.

I bought this because I needed some extra shelf space for video games and Blu Rays. I was already a little turned off by the price, but figured that if it was at such a high price, this must be a quality piece of furniture. Well, it sure is a piece of something alright. When I got it home, I was excited to put it together. I started pulling the pieces out of the box, and was horrified to see how slim the pieces were! I thought to myself, "there is no way this can be durable at all", but I continued onwards anyway. Upon starting to build it, I realized that everything about this was complete cheapness. The screw locks were PLASTIC, even though they look metal, one of the sides completely split in half because there are notches cut into it for the shelves, which made those notched areas even THINNER than the already too thin sides. The sides are made up of two pieces of "wood" that have to be connected together, which is a terrible idea in the first place, even with sturdy materials. Once I saw all of the flaws, and the side that pretty much fell apart just by touching it, I returned it. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this expensive waste of time and money!

We bought this for our sons Video games. Cleans up the video gaming room nicely. No more clutter with games laying around. Makes finding games easier as well.
