Saved our business for a week!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The AT&T Mobile hotspot was a true lifesaver while I waited for the backlog from the Internet provider to set up our service in our temp space. Having the hotspot allowed us to continue business as usual. It works well and can handle up to 10 people. Great Product!

Does what it is supposed to do

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware tho, if you want to make any changes at all in your plan, you have to wait till your card expires or waste your money and buy a new card with the features they want and loose all the money, data etc from your active card. I bought my card and activated it yesterday, and want to add the Hotspot feature and AT&T and their infinite wisdom told me the only way to upgrade to the hotspot package is to buy a whole new $85 dollar card and my 65 dollar card that I bought yesterday would be lost. REALLY? AT&T needs a much better business model! Customer service is everything, and Best Buy is great for that, but AT&T sure as heck isn't!
