    Disappointing Bluetooth Performance and Quality

I purchased the Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT expecting a reliable and convenient way to play vinyl records through Bluetooth speakers and headphones. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth pairing process was inconsistent and required numerous attempts with my Sonos Era 300, Bose headphones, and portable Bose Bluetooth speaker. The turntable connected to the Era 300 only once or twice after repeated pairing attempts. Even when it connected, the audio output was extremely low, and the sound quality was disappointing. The overall build quality also did not meet my expectations at this price point. The control buttons feel lightweight, plasticky, and somewhat flimsy. Although this may not affect playback directly, it makes the turntable feel less durable and less premium than I expected. I am not sure whether this model performs better when connected to dedicated powered speakers using its wired audio output. However, purchasing additional speakers would significantly increase the total cost of the setup and reduce the value of its advertised Bluetooth functionality. I also want to acknowledge my own mistake regarding the return policy. As a Best Buy member, I normally receive an extended return window, but I overlooked that this item was sold by a third-party seller and had only a two-week return period. Because I was traveling shortly after the purchase, I missed the return deadline. Based on my experience, the Bluetooth connectivity, audio performance, and build quality did not justify the price. I have used much less expensive basic turntables that provided a more reliable listening experience. Unfortunately, this has been one of my most disappointing purchases in recent years.
