At 3 months after purchase the turntable would stick on the same groove towards the end of a record. Contacted service and they responded as fillowdy. “There was a recently release service announcement regarding a small number of units having the issue you're describing”. They sent me a 2 day FedEx shipping label and they received it 10 days ago. I inquired about the turnaround time and was advised that the normal turnaround was 7-10 business days. Now, according to their support acknowledgment, if I had sent it overnight air, they would turn it around on the same day. But that is not the return service they provided. I have also asked about getting an upgrade quote for an LP3XBT which they said they could accommodate. But, until my return actually works its way through the backlog they cannot offer me a upgrade price and process. The LP3XBT offers conventional setup options with stylus pressure, anti-skate and cartridge alignment. All of these are missing on the LP70BT, which attempts to be idiot proof, but maybe too a fault. Today I asked for an update by email but so far no response. The people in support seem polite, responsive and knowledgeable, but something is broken in addressing known warranty issues.

Loving it! I recommend reading the specs. Very nice build and sound production. I got this on a sale but I’m honestly seeing the value for anyone paying full price.

It plays great, I enjoy my turntable. I would recommend this item to someone.

Wonderful purchase. My son is a collector of vinyl records and was very excited he now has a record player to be able to play them on. It is a nice looking item.

It’s exactly what we were looking for. My husband loves listening to his records and wanted a reliable vinyl player. This is exactly that!

Last phonograph I had was in High school. The ease of putting it together & using it was great.

Solid for belt a drive auto arm and probably a better choice for those who’d maybe struggle with a manual (think the inattentive or kids) or for those who just want sporadic access to an old collection. But you’d probably be much happier with their feature rich model 120 direct drive manual if you’re really looking to experience the complete process of why you invest in vinyl.

I buy this for my niece so she can play music looks amazing. Really happy I recommend it.

Turntable works well enough. When you can get it to pair to bluetooth speakers. But dont have it delivered. It comes with ZERO extra packaging. So all your neighbors will see you ordered an expensive piece of electronics as it sits on your doorstep. Do better Best Buy.

Good turntable for first one. No set up due to nothing to calibrate on tone arm. There are other brands that have anti skate and gram settings. Sound is ok for a simple to use table.
