First time I've purchased a record player since 1993. Quality of parts and action has really gone down hill since then. Feels light and cheap compared to what I'm used to. Overpriced for what it is.

Works perfectly only complaint was that the top crystal that covers it came with a deep scratch on it. Other than that no complaints works perfectly.

I bought this back in May 2021 and it took me this long to fight with both Best Buy and the folks over at Audio Technica because when I purchased this product the stylus was missing in the product packaging and the table of contents stated there was a stylus included but when I asked the Central Park Fredericksburg Va. store about the issue I was told to contact the manufacturer about this issue then the manufacturer told me to contact Best Buy I just finally gave up and bought the $50.00 MustHave component and after getting one that was broken/ missing a key piece and having to replace another component to this turntable I have finally got to listen to it and I must say I am not at all impressed by the plastic cheap build of it and honestly gonna sell it for whatever I can get for it to get a Fluance turntable that is built with quality products and comes with the Ortofon Red Stylus and even if Best Buy sold this product I wouldn’t buy it from them as I will never buy anything other than vinyl records from them because of their less than bad customer service and crappy product quality, I’m not a Happy Camper

Good value for someone who is wanting to get back into old school music listening!! Set up is a little cumbersome and took some YouTube videos to get it all figured out! Once set-up, we’ve enjoyed every minute!!!

Direct-drive motor died 5 months after I bought it. Platter has wobble, motor seemed sketchy a few months back, but didn't have a clue that it would just die on me. Shame that most of the asking price is for the Cartridge honestly. You could do much better with an actual Technics player or a Fluance, or heck- just a Denon turntable if you have the money. I had heard many good things about Audio-Technica's turntables, but I had also heard that they all have various problems due to their mass-production Chinese nature. Extremely disappointed because I had already sunk 140 dollars on a Microlinear stylus to replace the stock one and now I can't even use it to play records since it STOPPED WORKING. Will absolutely still try to return it for a full refund. Last time I ever buy any Audio Technica products to be honest.

Decent but too pricey. I’ll stick with pioneer turntables. Much better sound and built like a tank.

It was a good mid tier turntable, but something shorted out inside of it after only a year and a half. Didn't use it everyday either, certainly didn't push it hard. Still made of cheap parts it seems.
