Out of the box, the arm wasn't weighted correctly and skipped every record we tried. My father (an expert with old record players) suggested placing a dime on it to see if it worked - still skipped. I contacted customer service and was told that the dime bent the stylus and the only fix was a $25 or $30 new stylus. They never addressed the fact that it NEVER WORKED TO BEGIN WITH. I expected more from a product that cost me over $200. I also expected more from customer service when I specifically stated that it had never worked correctly and the answer is to spend more money with your company? I don't think so.

Nothing actually wrong with the turntable. But, Best Buy gave me one with an awful needle.

Turntable works great. Easy to set up. Glad I settled on this turntable.

Was a christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it

Returned it because the platter wobbled so much that it affected playback with a regular clicking sound on multiple LPs. Not sure if it was a warped platter or if something else was out of alignment but look out for that. The Bluetooth and auto playback features are nice.

it feels super cheap. this is not a 200+ dollar product. belt is cheap, platter is cheap, and comes with cheap felt mat instead of rubber. the rest of it is made of plastic which I didn’t realize when purchasing. bluetooth connection sucks, it just tries to connect to whatever is available to pair, which happens to be my TV. It has a 3.5mm output instead of RCA. it sounds okay.

I Setup the turntable ok but, I still cannot get it to play. I need help from the Geek Squad.we

Items arrived but was not delivered next day as I had paid for. Was informed that I would be credited a refund for the next day delivery. I have since been on chats with them and was told it might take 7 to 10 days. It is now 20 or more days and still no refund. Telling me it is a bank issue and I need to get in touch with them. Strange that I had another refund from another company and it was there the next day. Sounds to me that they have no intention of crediting my card. Watch yourself dealing with bestbuy. If I could give a negative review of the company I would have.

I got this for my birthday. No needle comes with it! Took it back to Best Buy and got a new one, no needle AGAIN!!!! The player obviously is not playing my records without a needle so therefore the player is entirely useless. Going to have to return AGAIN and purchase a different player elsewhere. Happy birthday to me. :(

I was given this as a gift and I simply does not work. Connects to Bluetooth speaker but will not get above a whisper.

Disappointed in this purchase. I have it connected to Yamaha receiver and the sound output is horrible. I had to adjust master volume significantly to get satisfactory sound. My other connected devices (game & blue ray ) output great sound via the receiver with no issue.

I am trying to purchase this record player for my daughter for Christmas. The first one I found in store had a box that looked like it had been stabbed about 10 times. I asked to open the box to check the product for damage.... and the clear cover was cracked all the way across. The salesperson and manager were very nice and ordered another one for me to be picked up at the store. I went to pick it up yesterday and this box had also been damaged. I got home and checked the product and this one has big scratches on the front of the clear cover :( I will be trying again... but this is getting old!

The box looked as if what was sold may have been an open box item, but Best Buy sold it as new. When we got it, I set the turntable up and it wouldn't connect to bluetooth. Decided to wire it up to check out the sound and pushed play... nothing. The buttons are flimsy feeling and the turntable just feels cheap. It's made entirely of cheep plastics. This made for a very disappointing Christmas.

The sound quality is very low. I have to turn up the volume on my receiver to a very high setting in order to hear the records being played. When I play cds or play the tuner I can have receiver turned to a low level and hear the music well. I am going to donate this turntable to Good Will. I have recently purchase a Fluance RT 85 to replace it.

Will not connect to Sonos One. Despite the bundle offer from Best Buy, don’t purchase if you intend to not use a pre-amplifier. And the Sonos don’t easily connect to most pre-amps, apparently. . .

Came without power cable. Really disappointed and will return.
