Dont get me wrong, this is a decent turntable for someone wants to casually listen to vinyl and the bluetooth is a great option for most modern speaker systems. However, I noticed after playing along with some tracks with my guitar that it was playing the songs too fast, requiring me to tune nearly a half step higher. I even played the digital version at the same time as the vinyl and confirmed that it does play slightly fast. That is a huge problem for me and makes it nearly unusable, as I like to play along to music a lot. There is supposedly some way to adjust it, but I am not going to open it up and void the warranty a week after buying. I decided to upgrade to the AT LP120BT (also from Best Buy) which pitch control and strobe on the side to confirm correct speed. I have not had any speed issues with the AT-LP120. Bottom line, you are going to end up buying a better more customizable turntable anyway, might as well due it now. Unless the speed and pitch of the records is not a big deal.

Unfortunately this record player isn’t a great purchase for the money. It’s very basic and cheaply made. However the Bluetooth option works great. The unit I purchased is defective. The arm will not properly return to its place after the record is finished or if you push the stop button. Causing the arm to rest on top of record while continuing spinning. For the money you may as well just buy a better more expensive unit.

Adequate low end turntable, if that's what you're after. But I returned it since it was advertised as "Bluetooth" but had no bluetooth functionality. Box and literature indicated nothing about be bluetooth enabled, despite claim on website. Not recognized by any device.

Really wanted to like this turntable. Certainly has some decent features, but it also skips consistently on albums that play fine on other units.

It played a few albums great but sadly started skipping on every other album I tried (all new albums btw). I thought it was possibly poor record pressings but I've since tried all of my records on another turntable I bought (Crosley C100BT) and they play without errors. Seems like this player is VERY sensitive to certain types of records. Not having an adjustable counterweight and anti-skate ended up being a huge hindrance to the playability of my BRAND NEW records. The Crosley C100BT is much better option at this price point.

This brand has always been a good brand for us. The speed would not hold so we needed to return it. Disappointed.

As a child of the age of some epic vinyl played on a stereo phonograph, this purchase was so disappointing. Gone are the days of the long spindle that allowed you to stack your vinyl three deep, or the function that allowed you to play on repeat. On the bright side, buy this and you’ll definitely get your steps in running back and forth to change your albums! But I will say, the player feels light and cheap, and you need to install your own belt drive! Definitely NOT worth the money. I’ll likely replace this in a year.

It's a toy lacking basic adjustments

I'm looking to step up to a modern good-enough turntable: This turntable does NOT have some of the basic functions needed: An adjustable counter balance for the arm, anti-skate adjustment for the needle tracking. This thing is a toy. It couldn't read one of my old records, and that is when I realized it has no counter weight to adjust. I do not recommend this unless your 12 year old really really wants one. Then if they really dig it, they can upgrade to a Bit Kid unit.

The auto play does not work. When I push the start button, the tone arm lifts, the turntable spins, then I hear a noise, the tone arm goes back down to its cradle and then the turntable shuts down. I'm still trying to get tech support/help to fix this issue.

Bought this for the functions and because of the ratinga. But this thing feels as flimsy as a toy. Set it up and the turntable makes ridiculous grinding noise. Unreal how everything is made like crap these days.

My dad has an audio technica stereo turntable. Best Buy only had 2 models in stock instore. I took this one home hoping it would replicate the sound of my dad's. It did not. My dad paid for a premium model and I will need to do the same. From the unboxing to the building to the playing, this felt like a budget item. I returned this and ended up spending a little more money for higher quality. My records deserve better.

The product itself is great. I had purchased this product used from best buy and it arrived with large scratches on the case and missing small parts. I enjoy the product, but caution buying used from Best buy.
