    The Perfect Turntable for Recording

I was looking for the perfect birthday gift for a special friend. So I read a lot of reviews before choosing the Audio-Technica - Stereo Turntable. When I spoke to him after he set it up and recorded some of his “collector albums”, he was ecstatic. He raved about the quality of the recordings, as well as the playback quality of the turntable itself. He hooked it up to a laptop, and burned quality sounding files. There was also an editing program that took out all the scratches and static. It was a well chosen gift.

Very happy with this turntable. Setup was easy with supplied directions. Lost ownership with the sale of a house and bought another just like it.

Audio Technica has great turntables. My husband is a music connoisseur. Been into his music for almost 50 years. He loves this system. All he had to do is adjust the needle for his LPs.

Easy to operate and unless you have perfect hearing and very expensive equipment this is ideal. I have probably $2000 equipment (amp and speakers) to play it through and I’m very happy.

Have tons of old vinyl. Use this turntable to play them into the computer for digitizing and burning to CDs. Does an excellent job. Versatile as it outputs USB and RCA connections.

Never thought I'd ever listen to records again with all the other available options. There's just something about vinyl. This is a good mid-level turntable for the price. Speed and tracking are accurate. Sound is very good but looking at a cartridge upgrade. Hopefully, it'll last as long as the one I had years ago.

Very good sounding table for the price. Built in amp does a nice job, and includes a solid needle. Arm easy to balance. Highly recommend.

If you love vinyl you love a good turntable and this Technica does an excellent job. So clean and beautiful the sound of my Elvis Albums on this machine. Couldn't be more pleased.

this turntable has all the quality and functions of many of the high end units have. Dissapointed that it doesn't have built in Bluetooth as their other cheaper models have.

Had to return first one the tone arm was faulty.

The first purchase had a faulty tone arm as the lever did not raise the needle above the record. As a result the needle became damaged and broke. THe second one worked great. For a $250 turntable Audio Technica needs better quality control.

Best entry-level record player out there!

Let's not mince words: this is designed to look like Technic's famous SL1200 - which costs almost 3x the price. For the money, it's a great entry-level record player for anyone looking to get into vinyl. Would I bring this deck to a mix battle? Likely not - the torque of the motor is pretty low compared to the SL1200. But for the money, it's hard to complain. The stylus that is provided is acceptable for an entry level player as well (Audio Technica sells the stylus alone for almost a Benjamin). Anti-skate is improved over the original (news flash: it works now). We'll see how long it lasts...

Excellent, full function turntable. The variable weight on the arm allowed us to play vinyl that was skipping on a lower-cost product

I really like this turntable. It was very easy to set up and start playing. However, if I had it to do over again I would probably buy a fully automatic turntable.
