It’s a cable. Once plugged in you forget it even exists. Great sound but very expensive for what it is.

The Geek squad said this upgrade cable was not a better cable than Best Buy had installed 7 years ago, so I had them return it. He said it was not necessary. If you should agree with your teck then you should take no further action, but if you think your geek squad is wrong on this and your salesman in the Magnolia room is right than you should correct someone... This is a good optical cable. But I did not notice any big improvement in sound. Sounded just as good as my old Rocketfish optical cable

The cable works really well but I dont think you need to spend that much money on a cable. I never saw a difference in audio quality.

This was a good deal. It worked great, and the customer service was excellent.

I'm not sure if the sound quality is great because of the cable or because of the great sound system I purchased, but overall the cable get the job done.

No complaints. Works great on my TV linked to receiver in next room. Cannot speak to value vs cheaper alternatives. Use for sending audio back to TV for internet shows. Might be possible through certain HDMI connections, so research if you need this first.

We have an older surround audio system. We couldn't get sound....this was the solution.

honestly, I paid up to get this cable after talking to a sales guy. the pitch was great " why not spend $50 on a cable after buying a $700 sound bar". made sense. but after few days using it and then using the stock sonos cable (which looks chinsy compared to this product) I couldn't hear a difference. So I returned it.

Purchased this to pair with my Definitive Technology sound bar -- definitely worth the cost.

It's unfortunate that you need to upgrade to better cables when you buy soundbars. the cables provided are subpar.

I'm pretty sure the one that comes with the Samsung TV, or the One that came with the ZVOX would have worked as well..... Very high priced.

When you spend a lot on the TV it's worth paying for the upgraded accessories
