Mother's day gift. Tried to return and was out of 14 day window. Best buy has terrible customer service, suggest shopping elsewhere for better deals and service. Overpriced.

I went to my local Best buy to try and keep brick and mortar businesses alive. This product was not in stock so I attempted to have it delivered my local address. Instead somehow the store managed to send this to some random address in Virginia Beach. I saw this and attempted to cancel my purchase, however getting my refund took many weeks and many conversations with customer service over chat. We ended up ordering it online and it arrived in 2 days to the correct address. I hate to say this but I had a terrible experience and will likely not be shopping at Best buy again.
