Nice Frame But It Didn't Work For Me

But the cloud-based picture storage, and the accompanying software to create and manage my photos and arrange them in albums, was totally unusable for me. For basic use like sharing and displaying family photo's, this frame might be excellent. But for managing, maintaining, building and displaying my vacation albums (my primary goal), the software was, simply, terrible. I returned the product.

Not worth the cost for what it does

(there goes any mobile display). the photos only do one at a time. while other aura models do multiple. [WHY NOT HAVE THIS OPTION!?] the app is trash and is clearly a data farming scheme. If this product was 85 bucks id say those limitations would be worht it. [it is pretty for what it is] but for 250+ UM NO> BAD Stay away.

Software Issues

Instead repeats a small portion over and over, regardless if on chronological or shuffle. Initially there customer support dismissed my isssue, but now have acknowledged that there is a software issue causing the problem. However, they did. It off to replace my frame instead stated it would take til December 2025 for it to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy this again.
