I have another, smaller Aura frame I also love. Never had an issue with it in the several years I’ve owned it. But this new one is exceptional. Can’t say enough about how clear and bright the display is. Setup takes 3 minutes, I highly recommend this frame. Wonderful gift idea too.

Gave this as a going-away present for my in-laws who moved out of the country. They love that they're able to still see their grandchildren's latest photos and I love that it's so easy to add photos to! The frame is very substantial and feels very much worth the cost. Definitely a great present!

A great gift for a loved one far away. This was gifted to my mom with all the grand kids linked in. My 85 year old mother wakes up every morning excited to see a new picture posted. She now watches it like she is watching television.

I absolutely love looking at pictures of my loved ones on this frame. It is beautiful. It is elegant just like my family.

The video resolution of the frame is amazing. It looks like a picture frame and not a tablet or a tech device. Image quality is unsurpassed. HOWEVER… photo organization and display options is shockingly bad. There are no slide show “lists”…either it’s in the slide show or it’s not. You can’t create a show about topic or a show from user contributions; “show me all of Suzie’s uploads”…nope. You can organize the slides chronologically, but you can’t distinguish between “date taken” or “date uploaded”. This is the best digital photo frame on the consumer market, but the User Experience is extremely sub-par. It is all software based, so maybe they will roll out an enhancement someday.

The Aura Frames product is outstanding - easy to set up - easy to use - the screen looks great and the larger size looks like a high end computer monitor - we are enjoying configuring the photos in Apple Photos and then migrating them into the Aura Frame

This is a very excellent item to purchase for somebody who loves pictures and loves to be able to view them throughout the day you can set thousands of pictures into your cloud and pick which ones you want to show throughout the day you can show videos

Great digital frame but I had issues with WiFi connections. It kept disconnecting and had to reset to connect, so I only gave it 4 stars. The setup is quick, simple and easy. I like the ability to load the pictures via email, phone, and shared family members and control over what/how it is viewed on the frame. I love the option of the frame sleeping when there is no light exposure or the option to set a schedule when pictures are viewed. It has great resolution that shows the picture well and video.
