Easy to use app! Perfect size to view your family pictures I’m high quality

Love it but wish I could: 1) Download direct from Amazon Photos 2) Have the photos move forward faster than every 15 seconds. My husband and I think this is too long to look at one photo.

Gotta say ….. Best WiFi picture frame yet !! And at 15” this one wil be hard to beat. Resolution is Great too !! Awesome way for family n friends to all share treasured memories … and yes 15-50 second videos as well . Great job guys

Great looking frame - love the size, matted look, and rendering of my photos. But the cloud-based picture storage, and the accompanying software to create and manage my photos and arrange them in albums, was totally unusable for me. For basic use like sharing and displaying family photo's, this frame might be excellent. But for managing, maintaining, building and displaying my vacation albums (my primary goal), the software was, simply, terrible. I returned the product.

This model is a great size for viewing your photos!!

I was expecting a photo style look rather than a choppy slideshow bright picture

There is a software glitch with the frame. Will not show all my photos. Instead repeats a small portion over and over, regardless if on chronological or shuffle. Initially there customer support dismissed my isssue, but now have acknowledged that there is a software issue causing the problem. However, they did. It off to replace my frame instead stated it would take til December 2025 for it to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Doesnt do what salesperson says it will do. No remote control. Have to go through all pictures to find the one we want!

Pretty cool although why a 50” tv costs half the price of one of these is beyond me
