This is THE COOLEST frame ever. Anyone who has ever bought a digital frame knows it's a pain to move the pictures from your phone to the SD or USB for that frame but this one is an app!! So so nice. It looks great. Totally worth the money. We got one for our mom so we could easily upload photos, and got the rest of the family all across the country to join in also!

Great for what its use... tge only gripe i have is the size and the price... TV 's are being sold for the prize of this frame and its a 9 " size frame ... thats all.

Overall we really like the product. The only complaint we have is uploading/removing photos from the app. It would be nice if you can select several photos to remove.

Bought this for my home...it's great. Bought it for Grandma to send her pics of the kid and was going to have her connect to wifi once a week at a friends (doesn't have wifi herself) and found out it won't work without connection to wifi 100% of the time

This is the second Aura digital photo frame that I've bought. Beautiful frame, crisp pictures, and really easy set-up for wifi and family networks. My parents who live across the country, love seeing their grandkids' lives as we upload photos to their Aura frame in their living room (from our mobile app). Getting this second frame for my brother so he can see his nieces

The frame stopped working after 4 hours. There's a feature where the frame goes to sleep when the lights go out, and it never recovered from that. I tried every reset button on the frame. Their customer service is nonexistent. Numerous emails go unanswered. Software is very buggy and ui is very basic too. I'm returning it to buy a different brand suggest you do the same before the return period expires.
