This drone is awesome Battery charges fast Stable in windy conditions

I love the X-Star Premium, my only complaint is the signal tends to get really spotty even when within the maximum distance

Great drone. First large drone and has been very good fly as well. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought this particular quad on a spur of the moment because my other quad was in for repairs. I found this quad to be a little more difficult to control and swayed a lot more than what I am used to. The controller seems to be easy to use, just take the few minutes to review everything before you fly, just like any new quad brand.

Worked for a couple of days then failed. Must have been the GPS sensor because while sitting on flat ground, it showed that it was moving between 30-40 mph. Had to return it.

I received first drone and battery was bad. Sent it back and they sent me another other one that charger don't work. Not happy but gave up on it...$800 waisted

Range is not anything near as good as it says. Not a mile. Also, poor video qality it is distorted.

After one month of research, I came to the conclusion that this is the drone to buy. Here is why, The dji is a good drone, no doubt about that. But this Autel x star premium drone quality is equal or better, on top of that you add customer services and add the Professional hard case that this Autel come with and you just cant beat it. I bought it on 1/21/17, did two flights same day, two more flights on 1/22/17 and WOW this thing is Amazing. You can buy it with confidence, you will not regret it. And please remember that one out of who knows how many will be bad out of the box, it happens on everything we buy in life. If that happen to you, just go and exhanged for another one because this thing is real. Good Luck

The remote stopped charging 2 weeks after purchase. The video also did not record. We returned the product Best buy would not refund us they would only give us store credit. Very disappointed, as Best Buy employee recommended the drone.
