I recently purchased the Avalon water cooler, and I’m very happy with it. The hot and cold water options work perfectly, and the temperature is just right. It’s much quieter than my old dispenser, sleek, and fits nicely in my space. Compared to my previous one, this feels sturdier and more modern. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable water cooler for home or office.

I am loving my purchase. It was easy to set up and so far has worked very well.

Quick fingerless response. Awesome easy set up. Clean hygienic control for self-cleaning. Anti-Lock child control. Anti-myco-bacteria resins built in. Easy access to bottom door to clean inside of the bottle housing. Cap control on bottle is wrapped with sterile plastic. The Pump attached to cap is also wrapped in sterile food The cold control took about a flat 15-18 minute return. The Hot was less than that of cold return. Hot return completed a flat 10-11 minute return. Packaging was secured with no dust inside of box. No odors. No smells. Easy to release from box and easy to mount water bottle on the bottom. The finger-less touch is highly responsive. When I held my phone over the machine, to take a snap-shot, it started to respond with cold water:). No complaint with that. Many options to accessorize with cup holder or mount. I will purchase the mount which comes with a discount attached to this purchase Just an awesome machine. I will another one for my alkaline water bottles.

We purchased this model specifically because it was a bottom loading cooler, we didn't want to be flipping over 5 gallon bottles anymore. It comes, ith a night light, 3 water temperatures, hot, cold and cool. Safety features built in for the hot water. This one is black stainless steel, nice looking.

Great water cooler. Hot water is so convenient for tea. I wasn’t sure how the bottom load model would perform but it’s great! Easy to load into the bottom. Streamlined look without too bottle is nice!

Delivery delayed a couple of times. Thankfully, the shipping packaging (box, padding, straps, etc.) was done well. Color of unit does NOT match the color of the image on Best Buy website/app—see attached image. The unit is basically all black, however, the upper section has a slight purple hue. May return because of the color issue—it doesn’t match the kitchen aesthetic. I did plug in the unit and it seems to function as described. (Note: I started pulling the clear protective film off after plugging it in—this is when I realized the color was off)

I’m in love with this item. My bottled water machine was easy to put together and easy to use. Now my grandson can’t mess with to buttons on the machine so he just looks at it and smiles and looks at Mimi like “what did you do to my old one that I used to push on”. This machine has fixed all of my problems.

This product is awesome… no damage or dent or anythinf. Got it in great shape. No problems with the door/hinge. Works the way its supposed to. Easy plug and play. Pretty silent motor. Sleek design.

Love this water cooler. We’ve had it going on 6 months and it’s still running strong. Best feature for me is the buttons located on top to prevent my toddler from pushing them.

It’s very good I just dislike that starts doing a noise whenever it sucks the water when you serve it.

Great product. I am still using mine for 3 years now and it is still working perfectly.

The previous one I had was more sturdy looking, this one came with the door slanted. To close I have to lift the door a bit up, and even then there’s still a gap in the door. Didn’t think a water cooler would look this feeble so I returned it.

I expected better for the cost. It's too soon to tell if damage will impact function as the coils are touching where it's dented. I'm not hopeful.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Avalon water dispenser. Our first unit didn’t even last a year before malfunctioning, and the replacement, which we received on Monday, February 3rd, started leaking just two days later. We unplugged it immediately to stop the leak, and when we tried turning it back on the next morning, only the light was working. The motor and water dispensing system were completely unresponsive. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor quality and reliability, especially considering the inconvenience of replacing a water dispenser twice in such a short span of time. At this point, I’m considering switching back to Primo. I expected much better from Avalon and can’t recommend this product based on my experience. I do however, like their customer service as they have been very responsive via email. But overall the actual product is very disappointing.

Order super delayed. I have left arm and hand disability and I struggle to open the box just to find out it was wrong item. I immediately started a conversation with a Best Buy support and still no help. Now I have to spend time and gas to return item to a nearby UPS or Best Buy. Very disappointed and very frustrating.

I had arranged for the wrong item and wanted to cancel the order immediately, but the cancel button did not work. Of course I contacted the call center via chat, but since the delivery was in progress, I ended up contacting the call center three times. Despite this, the goods were still delivered. I ended up having to take the delivered items to the store.

Read the manual and noticing that the broken arrived broken upon following initial cleaning instructions. There were broken plastic pieces inside the cleaning bowl. We have children and consider this to be very hazardous. Extremely disappointed.

Easy setup and use. My family is drinking a LOT more water now. Hot water is perfect for my Wife's Americano coffee habit, The cool and cold water options are so perfect, We set it next to our SodaStream and it is so convenient. Unit feels sturdy and I 100% prefer the water jug hidden below instead of needing to be lifted every water change. Really happy with this water cooler!

Bought this for our family. We all like it so far. Very quiet and easy to hook up to the Gallon. Very nice and elegant. I would definitely recommend it. I do not have any negative to share at this time. It is very convenient and much better than buying cases of water.
