So I guess it's great if you want to buy a new one every year or so. But for me, I'm just not that interested in spending $300 every year and change.

Not sure why but it is definitely not the Poland Spring water. The self cleaning mode did not help whatsoever. I did a simple taste taste of the water without putting it through the dispenser and it is not the water. I have since purchased a Waterdrop 15UB-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter and have no regrets. I am now donating this dispenser,

But they were very nice at helping me return the items. I wanted the black stainless steel model and they sent me black. They need to change the color and model online, they show the black stainless steel and say its black stainless steel but it's not! Super disappointed.

Looks like new but the package is one way to trick consumers that it’s “new” as newly package. Shame on you guys not a “best buy” . Let this be a karma to your company.
