Used for office and its great. Has 3 options of hot, cool and cold. Enough space for bottle refill. Havent tried self cleaning yet

Works great when it works! Had to return one because the cold water stopped dispending cold water. Luckily it happened within my return period because there was no protection plan offered for this. I bought another hoping that was just a one-time fluke because we really like everything else about it! So far no issues with the new one!

Does anyone have issues with the water not being cold? I feel like it comes out cold only sometimes. Might be defective.

Cools/Heats water in few minutes, works great and looks great for even greater price

This water cooler is perfect for our hone. I did find it cheaper elsewhere after I placed my order.

I purchased this unit and after less than 2 years the cold water stopped dispensing. I reached out to the manufacturer and after trouble shooting they sent me this "Since the issue with your unit is not correctable, we would suggest a replacement unit as there would not be any further troubleshooting or replacement parts to resolve this. After looking at your order information, we were able to see that your 1-year manufacturer warranty expired. Without having purchased any extended warranties or protection plans, our options become very limited moving forward. However, we would like to provide you with 15% off a new unit." I will avoid this product and as I said to the manufacturer, I will be avoiding their brand all together

Loved this right up until it broke about 2 months after the year warranty ran out. So I guess it's great if you want to buy a new one every year or so. But for me, I'm just not that interested in spending $300 every year and change.

Had it for a year and started to notice a poor taste in the water. Not sure why but it is definitely not the Poland Spring water. The self cleaning mode did not help whatsoever. I did a simple taste taste of the water without putting it through the dispenser and it is not the water. I have since purchased a Waterdrop 15UB-UF 0.01 μm Ultra Filtration Under Sink Water Filter and have no regrets. I am now donating this dispenser,

It’s perfect, sturdy, quality-made and does exactly what it’s supposed to do, how it’s supposed to do it! Not to mention, it looks great.

I love this brand. This is the 2nd one I own. I bought the 1st on 3 years ago for the kitchen and its still working like a charm. This one has a new home in the basement for when company is over.

Disappointed that twice they sent me the wrong one cooler. But they were very nice at helping me return the items. I wanted the black stainless steel model and they sent me black. They need to change the color and model online, they show the black stainless steel and say its black stainless steel but it's not! Super disappointed.
