I'm giving this water dispenser a 4/5 because it does everything it's supposed to do, for the most part. We had a very good water dispenser with the water delivery service we used to have, this is not quite as good as that dispenser. The water is cold, but not super cold which is disappointing. The hot water is hot. The dispenser buttons are not as sturdy as we'd like them to be. It's fairly quiet which is a plus. Size is what you expect, and easy to set-up. For the price it does the job.

It’s quiet and not loud, I like not having to pick up the water jugs and they just slide into the bottom. Cleaning the machine is also very easy

Coolest water dispenser EVER! Everyone that’s visited my apartment compliments how fancy and cool this water dispenser is. It’s very quiet. Cools down water so good you don’t need ice cubes and the hot water comes out super hot. This is the perfect water dispenser

Avalon A6…Reading reviews about new water coolers left me very troubled with all the complaints about every brand and model. I finally decided on the Avalon A6. It is very quiet. There is no odd taste to the water. The “straw” goes all the way to the bottom of the bottle and you can adjust it to make sure you get every drop. My 5 gallon bottle fits fine. The water flow is fine. It’s not too hard to put together. The instructions and diagrams could be a bit more clear but we figured it out. Watch some YouTube videos about it. My only minor concern is that the cold water is not as cold as my last water cooler. The water is “cool” but it’s not as cold as if I had kept a bottle in the fridge. I can’t comment about the hot water because we don’t use it.

I like to have the stuff for awhile before I put a review. Money well spent! Works great in cold and hot temperatures. Easy to clean and haven’t had a problem with it.

So far I have had zero issues . It's as advertised, I love it. I definitely reccomend it, the cold water is cold and the hot water is perfect for tea and hot chocolate.

Water is super hot and super cold. Perfect for what I use it for. I love that it’s bottom loading and easy to use.

Cold is cold and hot is hot. Easy setup, plastic tastes goes away after a couple hours, just need to use a couple times.

I give it a honest 5 stars. But I would put 4 just because this company can do so much better. This is a Great review . Keep up the hard work and amazing quality Avalon.lets come up with something that’s a bit new or some sort of storage for water bottles aside.

I love this unit. I had to replace an older rental from my water company and this has been great! The unit is shorter than I realized, however I was able to put it into a shelf step and it’s perfect. It can be a little loud at times but I find that easy to ignore. The water is hot (sometimes a little too hot but that’s not necessarily a bad thing) and the cold water is a nice cold as well. All and all I totally would recommend this unit!
