And it is priced well. I love that it is a bottom loader as I am getting older and have a problem lifting the jugs.

The cold water tank freezes up and even if you unplug and let it melt, it’ll just freeze again. Unless you want to pay for it just to work for about a year and then buy another one, I’d strongly suggest you buy a different brand, sure wish I had bc now I’m out a couple hundred bucks.
