My cold dispenser started to freeze and customer support says you need to buy a new one as it was barely over 1 year old. Save your money, dont buy avalon. Its the best decision you ever make! This company should go bankrupt!

Flows great & has a night lite. Easy to use!

Good while it lasted...only 3 months

The cold water starts dripping with little use over 3 months. The company says you need to clean it every 3-6 months or use a paper clip trick, which doesn't help.

Overall we really like the dispenser! Only negative would be that the water does not get that cool, but it still tastes better than what's coming out of our faucets.

Its a bottom loaded water cooler. Thats a win, win. We have used 5 gallons water bottles. Easy in easy out. We read the reviews, before we purchased the Avalon water cooler. I would recommend this item.

TERRIBLE

Had to email support and they were ZERO help and would not replace the unit. Offered me a 25% discount on a new one i had to buy. (insert eye roll) Will NEVER buy this brand again.
