Hard to use , I don't know if it is working or not and every time I installed in the same computer I use one of the five computers using only two computers I use all five

COMPLETELY USELESS AND A COMPLETE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT.

My computer was running sluggish and thought a clean it up type of software would help with the registry, malware, cookies, etc. Since installing, my computer crashes constantly and it would let me uninstall this software! NOT HAPPY!!

Tried to install on a laptop that I upgraded to Windows 10. Package says compatible with Windows 10. After 3 tries I returned to Best Buys.

It required an Internet connection to install. I have one so no problem. When I try to use it, it complains that I don't have Internet. My Internet is working fine for everything but this product. I checked and I have the minimum system and os requirements.

Purchased this product to provide a maintenance for my windows 10 PC. Later to discover this version of Fix-It Utilities is not compatible with Windows 10.

Don't know just hoe helpful this software will be so far. Don't have any real PC problems at present. Hopefully it will be there for me down the road, when I have problems.

Nice product. Seemed to help out quite a bit with registry problems and getting rid of clutter. It has many nice programs for many different aspects of computer systems.

My computer was getting slow, not so computer savvy, this helped speed things up

Like the results with use of the software . Have not had any problems so far it has not corrected .

Its a useful tool but not what I was expecting to many prompts to extend contract and it doesn't delete zero byte files like it says it does

This software did a good job fixing some driver issues and corrected a speed problem associated with corrupted or missing files in the registry.

After using this program, you will deffinately need to fix your computer. It screwed up my machine but fortunately I know enough to get back on track. There are no one button fixes.

I did not like this product. it messed up my lap top.

Hard to install, could only get it on two of my computers

I wanted to clean up the hard drive on a computer so I could give it to a charity. That worked after I finally figured it out. I loaded it in another computer and that one started to have problems. I unloaded it and that computer works OK now. Not for this beginner.

Floor rep lied that this would work on Windows 10. It does not work at all on windows 10! Only unable to find this out after breaking return seals and loading. Store refused to give refund.

It gets the job done. But unfortunately, not long after I installed it on my computer, I started having problems with other software on my computer. Once I determined that it was the Fix-It Utilities software causing the problem, I tried to remove it from my computer, but had difficulty in doing so. I finally had to do a restore to get it totally off my computer.

good product to use easy to install it really helped out alot glad that i bouht this product
