This was a great movie that we has it on DVD and watched many times that we scratched it various and purchased this package with multiple formats to last longer.

This movie seems timeless and being able to share this bluray version with my kids was awesome. My kids were completely engulfed by the sights and sounds of Avatar!

I saw Avatar only once at an IMAX in 3D. I must say it is still a very well done and crafted movie in BluRay. Glad I purchased the (Collector's Edition) (Extended Edition).

Years later the CGI is starting to show its age, but it's still a fantastic sci-fi film that's incredibly fun to watch.

I needed a 3-D movie to check out my 3-D Blu-ray player and 3-D TV. I have this movie as a DVD but I was blown away with the 3-D version. I see things not seen in the DVD version.

We always loved this movie. When this extended and more version came out, we knew we wanted it. We got it and have not been disappointed.

I can't wait to see what James Cameron does with the next two movies. The 3D is the best I have seen. We watched it on our new X850B from Sony so it was upscaled and vivid!

I loved this movie. The planet they created was so beautiful and with 3D it feels like you are there.

This movie is great. If you want a critic to review it then get on rotten tomatoes, but I'm gonna tell you if you like Sci-fi, this is a great movie.

When I first saw this in 3D at the theatre it was awesome - although not quite as good the 3D on my Panasonic 65VT50 is still great. Special effects are good and so is the the plot.

I already had Avatar and was expecting to get some cool extras but even though I watched the "extended" cut I didn't see enough of a difference to justify buying the movie again. Had my mother not wanted it I probably would have left it at the store. Great movie but if you already have it on Blu-ray no need to buy again.

This edition is better than theatrical version with the extra scenes. It gives a back story to Jake plus other material. I would definitely recommend it.

$19.99 for the 3 disc Blu-Ray collector's/extended edition that comes with exclusive packaging for almost the same price as the standard edition is a great deal!

Watching this movie in 3D is an amazing experience. Absolutely can not wait for the second film.

Colors are insane on my Sony upscale blue ray player , and it's also full screen not widescreen so if you have a big tv you can enjoy the whole screen .

this was the first 3D movie i saw in a theater way back when they just really got started with 3D movies still holds up well compared to the newer ones
