We use the 3D version and like it. My wife would probably give it a higher rating. Colors are great.. 3D effects are good. A few bad words that I could have done without but it is for older viewers . Overall a good movie. That's why I bought it.

I loved the movie the first time seeing it but never saw it in 3D. I don't know if its my TV (an LG with passive 3D) but the 3D depth of field is not good at all. Still, its a good movie in 2 or 3D.

Enjoyed the movie like always. Was however a little disappointed with the 3D version. It did not feel like real 3D. Still enjoyed the movie and the blu ray made it really clear and beautiful.

The price and the lack of features makes this a fan purchase. If you want the movie and only the Movie in 3D(and you don't mind paying an arm and a leg), this is for you. Gift cards made this worth it for me.

Collectors edition is very solid as well as the movie itself. Good product to have.

A movie that is a technical achievement for sure. Beautiful visuals and atmosphere. The story line and characters, however, are predictable. For the low price it is worth adding to your collection to get three different versions of the film. Unlike Cameron's previous special edition versions of Aliens & The Abyss, however, the new versions do not greatly enhance or improve the characters or the overall story.

It is awesome watch 3D movies at home but we have 5 movies now and all of them have a spot where they go dark just for about 5 seconds. A little strange.

the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because it do not have any extra content that normally comes with most Blu ray or DVDs. Only recommended if you really want to see it in 3d.

ACTING OK. SPECIAL EFFECTS VERY GOOD, STORY SAPPY, BIAS TOWARD MILITARY NOT EVEN THINLY VEILED, ENVIRONMENTAL THEME BEYOND BELIEVABLE. SUCH A WASTEW OF HI-TECH INGENUITY.

Went to watch it, we didn’t play on my Xbox One S, and Series X, neither played any of the three discs. Unsure why but told these discs couldn’t play on consoles, even though they’re both equipped with Blu-Ray Capable players. For dedicated Blu-Ray players only, good movie, so would recommend movie, not particular product.

I liked it just fine. The 3D was a little bit busy and even fuzzy at times. Somewhat disappointed overall. The sound quality, on the other hand, was fantastic.

There is nothing "bad" about this as a product, I merely didn't think the 3D aspect was a demand in buying the Blu-ray despite its theatrical 3D release.

Only rated 3 stars due to packaging. We went to purchase the 3D version and in our haste, grabbed one that said "3Disc". Our mistake.

I was hoping to 'jump out of my seat' with the 3D, but it wasn't to be. Movie was still a good watch, but don't count on the 3D to move you.
