...and in 3D! What more is there to say about how awesome this movie is. If you're like my wife and has never seen this movie then go ahead and buy it. You will be wanting to watch it again.

Would Recommend this Blu-ray SET to get all the Details of how the Movie was made by James Cameron & his Staff that worked to get this Movie to the Screen Can't wait for the Sequels!!

We recently bought this for my boyfriend's parents who purchased the Samsung Curve. We thought buying their first Avatar 3D DVD would be a wonderful way to test out the3D glasses as well.

Frankly I wasn't sure what to expect but, I was well pleased. The story, the acting and the CG are excellent. The blue ray is a good stand alone but the 3D enhances it very well.

Avatar.... the extended version did provide some depth to the story and the change of one important scene made a big difference in explaining things... nope not gonna spoil it

This extended three disc collection has four variations of the movie to enjoy as well as interesting extra features. The picture and color quality is superb throughout.

Avatar is one of the best out there. I bought this because it's extended edition and in a hard case. I'll re-buy when they (finally) come out on 4k!

Nice movie love the story line pictures are clean and sharp

Great in 3D!! A really awesome experience at home on a 65" Sony with 3D glasses. You can also view without using 3D which is also an awesome picture and sound quality.

I would never have believed the home 3D experience would match that of the theatre. Sister Mary Francis, was I wrong. The Samsung 3D HDTV and the movie Avatar in 3D was just incredible! Wow!

I really didn't think I would like Avatar that much till I watched some of it on Tv and that's why I got this movie. It was really good and on Blu-ray makes it so much better to watch.

The movie is awesome. what else is there to say. I own the regular Blu Ray, but after purchasing a new 3d television, this was the first movie I purchased. Visual masterpiece.

Bought this to try out my new Sony 4-K TV and UHD BluRay player. I am genuinely impressed with the quality of both the sound and the picture. It is also a fun movie for most all ages.

James Cameron's vision redone, and then again for good measure. Not sure why 3 versions of the movie are needed in this bundle, but at least the full movie is finally released.

really happy i got this in 3D, at a great price too! this is just a visual marvel, the story is pretty lame but anything in 3d is cool and this is no acception

this blu ray has 3 different versions of the movie presented in the set, plus a ton of behind the scenes and extra features. If you like that sort of thing, this is for you!

Entertaining and beautiful to watch. Wonderful in Bluray

This is a great movie. I loved the colors and action. The story was very good and it challenged the senses. The acting and casting was great. I watched it several times and will watch it more.

Haven't seen it since it first came out but re-watched it together with my kids who had never seen it. Great film, loved the disc that was edited for family content.
