Age of Ultron is a pretty good movie, but it isn't anything spectacular. It is pretty hard to top the first Avengers movie, but Age of Ultron definitely tried. There are a lot more characters and a lot more going on. They did a good job not wasting time developing the story, but a few parts did seem kind of rushed. The movie is definitely action packed, and although the story lacks a little substance, it is still enjoyable. My first viewing of it left me a little critical because I had high expectations after seeing a preview at Comic Con, but the more times I watch this movie on Blu Ray, the more I find myself enjoying it.

Disney may not have the best track record on the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format, but they certainly did not disappoint with the release of the three Avengers films on the format. Sure the Disney "Atmouse" surround track may be a little low, but the beautiful video presentation more than makes up for it. The steelbook case is a plus too and the main reason I bought this version.

What a fun and exciting movie! Great action AND story. We've watched this several times since we bought it and enjoy it each and every time! We're fortunate enough to get to watch Avengers AoU on a huge flat screen HDTV and 5.1 Surround system so its a total blast! Get this movie for yourself and your action movie friends and family.

As usual Marvel brings one of their comics to the big screen. While it probably will not win any Oscars it's a fun bit of entertainment if you're into the action adventure type movies that are so far out there they have funny things as well as the action. Even if you haven't seen any other movies you'll still be in the loop with only small tidbits missing. There are a few references to the other movies but everything is pretty well explained in regard to those pieces of the puzzle. It should be good entertainment for you just don't try to pick it apart. Like every movie ever made you'll find holes if you dig deep enough!

I liked this movie, but as the title says, I didn't think it was as good as the first Avengers film. The chemistry and writing just worked so well in that film that this one feels like a forced studio rush job, which apparently it was. Ultron from it's inception went from AI to psychotic killer in literally seconds and just didn't have the same charisma or malevolence that Loki did in the original. That being said, overall I still enjoyed this movie, it's a great popcorn flick has plenty of awesome action packed in. Definitely a must see for the MCU but it wasn't quite the epic movie it was hyped up to be.

Age of Ultron isn't quite as good as its predecessor, but still one of Marvel's better films. Now that the team has been assembled, Whedon tries to give us a better idea of who these characters are and the cost they face being Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Special features isn't great which is par for the course for recent Marvel releases. The Steelbook design is great and feels very sturdy. Looks very nice in person.

This is definitely the weakest of the three main Avengers films. Not a bad film, but villain is less interesting than in the other two films and action sequences aren’t as remarkable.

This movie was good. I enjoyed the addition of new characters. Ultron is great. I was expecting maybe a little more battling with him though instead of lots of robots to beat up on...

The 2nd Avengers movie was good and i enjoyed it, but it was not as good as the first. But i also feel because the first was such a success this one was cursed. I guarantee the studio was all over Joss Whedon to pump this one up and that spells trouble ( look at the failure of the Fantastic 4 movie ). Plus the fact the first one was such a new and different concept, i think Age of Ultron suffered from " more of the same syndrome". It is worth buying no doubt, it is part of the bigger story that Marvel has in store for stage 3, which i think will wrap-up all the stories we have seen so far and not disappoint.

So I've always enjoyed watching the Marvel movies. But since this movie pick was supposed to be mine, I kinda felt bad for having to force my husband to see a chick flick when there were so many "guy-type" movies out @ the time. So we compromised on "The Age of Ultron", which ended up being a great pick for a date night movie because it included lots of action plus I enjoyed the banter between the actors.

Though the sequel may have a few minor problems, it is a good follow-up to the original Marvel's Avengers. Slightly disappointing to see that the alternate ending we have heard so much about was not included in the blu-ray purchase though. If you are a fan of the Marvel Studios movies, this is a must have for your collection.

This amazing film is a worthy follow-up to 2012's The Avengers which was an incredible film in its own right. Joss Whedon does a great job pulling double duty as writer and director and puts him own spin on Ultron's origin, fitting it nicely into the MCU. He also weaves a nice love story between Black Widow and Bruce Banner although it's inclusion is quite startling to say the least.

A fine addition to the marvel cinematic universe, though unlike the first avengers movie which could be viewed as a stand alone film this one acts as both an end to some storylines and a beginning to others. With the actions of The Avengers in the films climax the repercussions set up a polarizing view on super people with some for and others against, which will be addressed in Captain America Civil War.

Many people said it "wasn't as good as the first Avengers", however I always felt that they believed that because the first Avengers movie was the first time ALL of those characters were on screen at the same time, so sentimentally speaking, it was never going to live up to that. That being said, I still found this movie highly enjoyable, and if you like the Marvel Cinematic Universe, then you will too!

Let's face it: Age of Ultron being better than the original Avengers was ALWAYS a long shot. The first one was so magnificent and setup these characters so well, it was a REAL tough act to follow. So to say that the film came CLOSE, is still quite an accomplishment. You still get the excellent commodore between the heroes, great action sequences, and some new characters introduced to the fray. Ultron is an acceptable villain voiced wonderfully by a cold, James Spader and it is a welcome addition to the Marvel universe, overall.

If you love the Avenger movies, then this one is no exception. Just as good as the first, if not better. I love seeing all of them together more than their individual films and this one does not disappoint. I admit, the 3D on this movie has a little more crosstalk than other 3D movies I have but not too distracting and if you're picky, go with the 2D version. If you don't already have it, get it.

Continuing their great visual universe, this movie doesn't disappoint at all. Fans of strictly the MCU will find this a great continuation of the universe that was established with IronMan. While there are certain character wobbles or really left field additions, the movie is easy to enjoy and definitely worth owning as it sets up a lot of what is to come. Plus you don't want to miss out on Pietro!

Love this movie! Some say it is not as good as the first Avengers movie - I think it's just as good in a different way. James Spader was wonderful as Ultron and I was so happy to see the Vision come to life. Marvel was ingenious in using the same actor to voice the role of Jarvis for all those years building up to this. Such a great payoff. I've lost count how many times I've watched this movie.

Although I wasn’t big on this movie I had to have the steelbook for my collection. It’s a little steep for the price of this movie but at least it’s a cool looking steelbook.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is an enjoyable sequel to the 2012 movie. There is plenty of action and while with all comic book movies one has to suspend reality, this one you forget your watching a movie and just get engrossed. Some of the dialogue is a little stilted (thank you, Chris Hemsworth) but the back and forth between Iron Man Bruce Banner was enjoyable. James Spader is an awesome villain.
