Saw it in theater. Had to add to my marvel movie collection. I didn't really enjoy the movie that much compare to the first one however, characters outfit is better than the first one, especially Captain America. Love the addition of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, best scene was Hulk vs Hulkbuster love the fight scene. Overall, it's a good avenger movie.

Perfect gift for a movie buff! Added to a collection already building and will continue to build. Best Buy always has good prices on Black Friday on their movies and a wide selection to chose from. Also, the "Best Buy only" Blu Rays are great and an added bonus

The action scenes are fast & furious, and the quiet interlude at the safe house advance the character's backstories. The 'villain' is pretty one-dimensional, but the end clearly sets up the next movie. The joke about Moljinar points out the Vision's character. This movie is ok in the middle of the Marvel continuing story, but it isn't the best Marvel movie.

The hype on this one was huge after the rousing success of the first Avengers. The movie doesn't quite live up to it. Ultimately, there just isn't much to it, aside from setting up storylines that should pay off in Phase 3. Still, it's not a bad (overlong) ride. Ultron is a good villain, and Vision is a late addition that you wish you could see more of. Maybe it's saying something that the two most compelling characters aren't human. As negative as all that sounded, it's a no-brainer purchase if you've been keeping up with the MCU.

Lots of action in this one but, it feels short even with a running time of over 2 hours. According to director Joss Whedon there was almost 40 minutes of additional scenes cut out. Hopefully those cuts will be put back on a future release. The real star in this movie is the Vision played by Paul Betthany. I recommend it if you're a fan of comic book movies.

First off, the physical product itself is beutifully packaged, though definitely what should be expected from a movie release the size of this one. The movie itself is an impressive puzzle of characters set against large, international backdrops and plenty of well executed cgi. It is visually, darker than the last Avengers and ends up feeling that way as well. Whether you loved it or not, if you are invested in the current stream of Marvel Universe titles, it is essential viewing, and aims straight towards the next set of films.

I bought this edition mostly for the digital copy. The Disney Movies Anywhere system is the most robust streaming video library system currently available. It works with this movie and if you link your accounts it adds the movie to your Amazon, VUDU, Microsoft/Xbox, or Google Video libraries (Verizon and iTunes are listed but I couldn't use those). The movie is good but not as good as Avengers 1 or Captain America: Civil War. I mostly got it to see the Hulk vs Hulkbuster fight; that was a truly epic fight scene.

Typical Avengers romp, but the best of the series. Good character interaction. Plenty of action and effects, as usual. Digital copy is through Marvel website, but ties into Disney Movies Anywhere and Disney Movie Rewards. Bonus digitial content only shows on Disney Movies Anywhere, not other proivers (VUDU, Google, etc.) you may have linked to that account.

I will restrict my review to the quality of the Blu Ray - the movie reviews are all over the internet. This forum is more about the quality of the recording... It was very good. The sound is well mixed, the effects are very lifelike and if you are lucky enough to have a tv that is well calibrated, you will be able to see the threads in their super suits...

If you are already indoctrinated into the Marvel cinematic Universe then chances are you will watch this movie regardless of what any review says. Because, Avengers. If you are new to the verse then this movie would be a place to jump in. Once your feet are wet you'll want to dive deeper by watching the rest of the movies in this interconnected franchise.

What a great movie!!! That being said I love all Avengers movies, I don’t think there is one I didn’t like!!! I love all of the characters!!! And the special effects are awesome!!! You will not regret buying this movie!!!

Another great 3D Blu-ray home movie created by Marvel. Each Marvel movie seems better than the last. Superheroes and villains jumping out of the screen and surround sound just as good as the movie theatre. Action and fun for all ages. Fun to watch over and over. Something new seems to jump out at you every time you watch. Don't miss out on the adventure!!

It would be easy to write this one off if it didn't lend itself so well to repeat viewings. I enjoyed seeing itbin the theater, but found it much more rewarding watching it at home several times after picking it up. There's a lot to unpack, even more to appreciate, and it starts the rather explicit setup for future events in the MCU, so it's very much essential viewing for any MCU fan following along. Great place to jump in for beginners - just be prepared to do some homework when you want to find out how they all came together.

This movie definitely was worth seeing in the movie theater and then buying on dvd. However, I did not see the movie in the theater, and although I don't regret that, I think it made seeing it on dvd that much more worth it. And, I buy what I want to see and keep and this I already knew would be worth while not seeing in the theater buy buying it on dvd!

If you are a fan of action movies or of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, you already own this. For others who have just joined the crew, this is a action packed movie, with explosions, surprises(to some), secrets revealed, strains developed, and even love. A few differences from the comics might bother "True Believers", but I enjoyed it and can't wait for the new crew and nest series of movies to begin. Only given 4 stars because I know (or hope) that there will be an expanded version or director's cut soon. Buy it and enjoy it.

I really am happy with this Blu-Ray disc set. The amount of extra features is great, not overwhelming, but give the viewer and especially the Marvel fan a well balanced portion of content. The menu design is well built and is easy to navigate. The movie is another great piece in the Marvel canon. Well worth the price most online retailers were charging!

Even tho it’s a pain to buy the dvd then the Blu-ray then the 10 years set they realease the avengers series in 4K... it’s totally 100% worth it. When I was watching this for probably the 20th time I felt like I was on set n it was a different movie. I say if u can upgrade to 4k u will not be disappointed...

This steelbook's quality is very nice. The embossed Avengers logo is a very nice touch. Definitely great for collectors and fans of the Avengers. It would have been cool if Ultron was also embossed, otherwise the quality of the printing on the steelbook is great. Definitely better than the quality of the Winter Soldier steelbook that Best Buy released.

If you've seen the last episode of "The Advengers"' then you are sure to like this one. Awesome movie in 1080P. Awesome action movie that grips you throughout it's showing. Another intense movie in which Marvel's collaboration of heroes are out to overthrow their arch-villains with super warfare tactics along with working together as a team. Loved it!

With loved and established characters like Iron Man and Captain America fully realized, you need a heavy hitter to come in and play against them. James Spader as ULTRON is up to the task. Together with some overpowered twins as his side, the Avengers will struggle to get through Ultron's plans unscathed. The Avengers will never be the same after this.
