I am a Marvel fan owning all of the movies in the Marvel Universe. There were many opinions in articles (Media, Internet, Studio, etc) as to which Marvel movies were necessary to see prior to viewing “Endgame” so that movie goers would have a full understanding of the movie. I didn’t agree with any of those opinions feeling that the lists were all too short; in my opinion so that more people would spend money to see the movie before viewing “Endgame”. I found it interesting that “die hard” Marvel viewers I spoke with agreed. Obviously, Studios want people to watch their films and in this case tried to make the lists as short as possible to avoid “scaring off” viewers who would have had to spend too much time watching movies which contributed to a full understanding of “Endgame”. Also, the order in which the relevant movies were released is a topic many fans don’t always agree on, although in Hollywood we must understand that actors, directors, and other variables sometimes dictate the order of things as with any business. Now to the movie. I found it enjoyable but also for me no real surprises as one who has seen all of the films (many multiple times). I knew what was going to happen towards the end of “Infinity Wars” (and expected it) even before Dr. Strange (prior to almost everyone “disappearing”) advised Tony Stark/Iron Man of the odds of their attempts failing before voluntarily giving the “Time Stone” to Thanos and telling Tony, “We’re in the endgame now”. It always seemed obvious to me that of all the “Infinity Stones”, that the Time Stone was the only Stone that could reverse anything that had taken place in the past, making it the most important and powerful of the Infinity Stones which Thanos (and the writers) “didn’t consider important enough (HA!)”, as it was also central to his twisted plan, not to kill everyone in the Universe as he was to become “God Savior” to those in the Universe he had “allowed to live”. Allowing 5 years to pass before major destructive events were to be “reversed” not only was a metaphor for the affects of Time in a physical sense but provided the window for the entrance of Captain Marvel as a “Game Changer” but just as important allows for more movies by the ultimate survivors as well as those who survive another 5 years before the defeat of Thanos. The interesting events at the end of the film as to the deaths. and life changing decisions by those Marvel Heroes who would become the true Saviors of the Universe after the defeat and death of Thanos serves to remind us that the Big Picture (pun intended) will always be the important part of all beings lives, but not the determining factors in the personal decisions we make and their ultimate consequences as (on a small scale relative to the powerful forces of the Universe, ie the Infinity Stones) the decisions made by some our favorite characters in these 22 films which so far are, I believe moving like on $25 Billion in Revenues. There are many movies to be made about our Heroes in the 5 year hiatus between “Infinity Wars” and “Endgame” who survived, along with those who were resurrected afterwards. Let us not forget that many comic book tales don’t take into account events of the Past, along with the exclusion of other Superheroes (who are not members of the Marvel Universe) who most assuredly would have been around for a fight to save the entire Universe........... P. S. It is a shame that the quality control of manufacture of discs of movies on disc media of all types is becoming so poor that playback is often effected, not to mention that the more expensive sets are (which typically include special packaging and souvenirs) often damaged and filthy. This is the fault of the Studios making our favorite films which are more expensive than buying digital copies on various services..........either owned or being paid royalties on products we buy but can’t even hold in our hands. Shame on You Hollywood......

This was a great, treat of a movie on the screen. And when it burst onto the shelves I went right out to get my 4K copy, All the drama and emotion was right there. I treated my self to a viewing of Infinity Wars and went right into End Game on the same night..what a great way to experience this movie once again. I would not recommend you buy this for the special features as I would say they are kind of modest but they were not a waste of time.. So final judgement? Buy it..in 4K if you can but go buy it..

I loved the movie (3 times in the theater) and I knew this would be a release day purchase. I preordered and received the movie early! I was very excited about that. As with any 4K movie, if you have the right setup the experience is just better. The Dolby Atmos isn't particularly strong or noticeable in this movie (sadly) but the bass is STRONG (which I love). Receiving the 4K, Blu-Ray and digital copy is a great value in my opinion. No Dolby Vision is about the only critique I can come up with here.

As a Marvel fan, this was everything I needed in an ending. Comedy, redemption, tears, and a conclusion. Thanos was a great villain - also a respectable villain. In 2018, we lost hope in the Avengers. In 2019, we regained that hope, but lost some friends along the way. And that's okay. Because that's what life is about: Growth. So if you are thinking about buying this for yourself or someone you love, do it. And cherish this moment. Because we will not see a movie event like this for a long-long time.

I appreciate when Blu-Rays look high quality. Not just in picture fidelity but the discs look great. I’ve noticed manufacturers cutting corners by having discs that are simply light blue with a cheap logo. Not these discs. All 3 have a nice graphic design that is pleasing. The 4K transfers of Infinity War and Endgame are the best that I’ve seen of the format. The steel book case looks great although I do wish it had more of pop in way of color or graphics. Nevertheless, still the best that’s out there.

This review is based solely on picture and audio quality. As far as picture goes, it is a crisp image that has lifelike colors. Overall, the colors are very consistant, and the film seems seamless from beginning to end. As for audio, it is an amazing track. They utilize surround sound perfectly, and everything is presented with clarity and superb separation. In conclusion, this is a great buy -- a must have for Marvel enthusists. It is the best version of the biggest blockbuster of all time.

What more can be said about this film? An amazing achievement for Marvel Studios and Disney—nearly two dozen films across the past ten years culminating to this incredible conclusion. To see all of the varied story arcs, backgrounds, and personalities that we've grown familiar with this past decade come together so cohesively... It's pretty ground breaking, I feel. And I can't help but wonder if they'll be able to reproduce such an event with the upcoming phases for this Marvel Cinematic Universe

I've bought all the others so far. Marvel's got me. I can't just skip this now! It was a great movie, but I also enjoyed all the others, so of course I would like this one. It's ALL OF THEM. If you're on the fence about Endgame, you probably haven't seen the build up to it. Do yourself a favor and wait. Get to know the characters, then come back and appreciate the time and effort a movie like this has taken. If you're reading the reviews, you already know what you think about this movie. Watch it.

Avengers: Endgame accomplishes the seemingly impossible by delivering an epic and emotionally satisfying conclusion to the Avengers saga. The picture is stunning in 4K and the Dolby Atmos soundtrack has a much better mix than most of the Disney Marvel releases to date. My only minor complaint is the special features included in the 4K steelbook are a little light. It does contain a nice tribute to Stan Lee and a few extras including a gag reel. Overall, this 4K disc is a must own for Marvel fans.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) began in 2008 with Iron Man and over the next 11 years introduced a variety of separate superheroes sometimes appearing in their own films and sometimes appearing together as ensembles. "Endgame" brought all of these superheroes together in a way that connected all of their story lines, tied up loose ends, and set the stage for future films involving both old and new characters. This film is a very satisfying conclusion to an amazing collection of stories.

Unexpectedly emotional. A story that does not cop-out. Great performances by RDJ and Chris Evans. Everyone on the planet knew going in that time travel would have to be used but, still, the plot was not lazy about it. A long movie that never felt that way so as to give everyone a moment. I have been a huge fan since 2008 and Iron Man. This was the perfect capper to the Infinity Stones saga. The MCU has really set the bar high for itself and I am looking forward to the next journey.

Avengers Endgame is not only a great end to the 22-film Infinity Saga, but arguably the greatest superhero movie ever created. Avengers Endgame was everything I wanted it to be. To me, this movie will be remembered forever and will go down as one of the greatest movies of all-time. I did have a couple problems with the movie, but those problems did NOT ruin my enjoyment of Avengers Endgame. The SteelBook artwork/imagery could’ve been better, but I’m still overall happy with my purchase.

This movie is awesome. As soon as I saw it on theater I knew I had to own it. I Pre-Ordered online months before the release date. I didn't receive it the day it was supposed to arrive, but I called customer service and they were really friendly and helpful. I finally received it a week later and couldn't be happier. Best Buy always has the best exclusives and limited edition collectibles. I don't only recommend this SteelBook, but any others they have that people like. They're awesome!

I've gone down a Steelbook rabbit hole. All my other Avengers Blu-Rays are Steelbooks, so I pretty much didn't have a choice here. If you're looking at this Steelbook, it probably means that you have others and you'll probably get this one too (if it's still available). The only downsides are that the cardstock info "sleeve" never fits inside the case, so it always sits loose. Also, it's minimalistic in its cover art and it doesn't tie into the Infinity War Steelbook cover at all.

I would highly recommend this movie, the sound including the bass and items such as this are incredible. Great video this is definitely a reference quality. I have heard complaints that they should have shot this in 70mm camera and or released in 3D which is a valid complaint. For what this is however the video quality is great and the movie jumps to life on your home theatre. This is the culmination of many years for marvel and it proved worthy just like Capt America was worthy.

No movie is perfect, any film aficionado (snob) will tell you, but this one is about as close you can get for a superhero film. If any time has been vested in these characters, whether it be from the films or source material itself, it will tug at your heartstrings. A gargantuan close out for an era done by those that actually cared about what they were doing and who they were doing it for. Nice packaging, I would have like a few extras but all in all I'm pleased with purchase.

An enjoyable cinematic thrill-ride for casual viewers, but an absolute blast for hardcore fans of the MCU, with an onslaught of call-backs to previous movies ("On your left," "Hail Hydra," "Clint," "We're on it, Cap," and "Angry Girl," to name just a handful) and game-changing stakes for the entire universe and the main characters that have led it for a decade. As a movie, Endgame is a feat that couldn't have been attempted any earlier. Bravo to the Russo Bros and Marvel Studios!!!

This film is a worthy end to the Avengers saga, with generous character development, some seriously funny moments, and plenty of poignancy. Whether we're cheering to the sight of Captain America wielding Mjolnir, a welcome cameo by the always marvelous Tilda Swinton, or a rocking girl-power battle scene, the movie keeps us involved and highly entertained. The blu-ray comes with a handy digital code and a wealth of extras on a separate disc, including a wealth of Stan Lee footage.

I pre-ordered the 4K UD disc edition with much excitement as I hadn't seen it in the theaters (yes I'm quite a minority there, I know). Here are my thoughts. Packaging: the disc case came cracked on the edge as soon as I unwrapped this. Never had this happen on purchasing a new one. 4K quality: I found this 4K disc to seem to have more darker tones on indoor scenes and dark area - not as bright but generally tolerable. Movie Review: unlike many who waited a year after Infinity War was released and have been following the MCU for 11 years, I only have been watching MCU movies since beginning of this year and trying to catch up leading up to this movie. Endgame had a satisfying and respectable wrap up, but I found the pace to be a bit slow in the first half after such a big build up from Infinity War. I know the writers chose to focus more the human element of it all but the time travel idea seemed a little to convenient to fix. But from a broader sense, the conclusion was fair. I wish Fury was part of this somehow rather than the cameo at end.

This is not just an excellent super hero movie, but hands down an awesome movie period. There a only handful of super hero movies or movies in general that have such a satisfying payout to all the time and money to have invested over the course of 20+ movies. And End game just delivers on that many times over. This is most definitely my favourite super hero movie now and safe to say I have watched and rewatched it several times over. It is just that good. 10 out of 10 in my book.
