    Parts wear quickly. The main body of the chair is fine, not really comfy though. It looks a lot more filled out in the ads. Very flat when you get it.

    Cushion is to hard my back side hurts after one hour of gaming and arm rest are to low

We suggest you try pairing it with a breathable memory foam seat cushion, which usually effectively improves the feel and distributes pressure.
      Regarding the armrest height, you can check if the armrests are already at their highest position.
