    An extraordinarily well-made film about a young getaway driver with a heart of gold. The flick has nice acting, great camera work, crafty editing, and creative use of music, but is also quite dark at times. The story is incredibly simple, and there are no real surprises, so Baby Driver never succeeds the way Edgar Wright's classics like Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, or Scott Pilgrim do.
