Best Buy uses a third-party answering service. I tried for three days to make an appointment when my radio stopped accepting commands from the steering column just TWO DAYS after paying $950 to have it, a dash kit, and a backup camera in the car. I even went online to try to setup a troubleshooting appointment and was COMPLETELY UNABLE to do so! I had to make the round-trip HOUR DRIVE to the actual store to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to come back and get my radio fixed! I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. When I went to the store, the Geek Squad TEAM, one guy, said that it is so common that no one returns your calls and that you can't get through to the Geek Squad when something goes wrong that HE suggested coming to the store to make appointments. I was able to purchase everything - almost $1,000 worth of merchandise and services - online with no problem at all. But when their devices malfunctioned less than two days later I couldn't set up a troubleshooting appt. online. I LITERALLY HATE the Geek Squad contact service. However, when it came to the ONE GUY Geek Squad installing and later fixing the defective product - he did an excellent job. He was nice and helpful. I liked him. HATED everything else about the process of getting my devices fixed after malfunctioning. Did I mention that I HATE your troubleshooting call center and online interactions? TERRIBLE TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICE!!!

I purchased this for work. It performed as described and was within my budget.

Good product early to use. The staff at Best Buy was very knowledgeable.

The back up camera is nice but they didn’t hook up my sensors that beep like they were before. Now I only have the camera. I’ve been trying to call the location but it always says they are not taking calls not matter when or what day.

camera works good but needs to show picture loser to ground.

The rear backup cam shows up real good in the spring but the light stays on on the outside all the time and it does not show me where I'm going unless I look at the screen most have Bright Lights this one doesn't

These were needed as a part of my audio upgrade in my car.

The backup camera has 4 led lights on the camera and they will not shut off at night when my son is driving. He has been pulled over 2 times in the past 24 hours because his license plate is no longer visible due to the led lights. It might be an improper install.

This is a good basic camera. The precision of the camera isn’t the greatest. The lines didn’t line up accurately, but it works. The installation was fine for the camera, but when they installed the radio, they broke my AC button and now I can not turn it off.

It is a good rear view after market camera. Awesome price

Good so far,, just learning how to use all the features

The camera itself is just okay. Considering this is an Alpine product, have to say I’m a bit disappointed. The camera has no lines for reference to give one an idea of where your vehicle is or possibly going. Bought this because I have an Alpine radio. Also the picture quality is just okay.
