    I got a call to reschedule an appointment. Tried to call the number AND extension i was given and am told by customer service that they cannot connect me to the store. Upon going to the store the next day to schedule, I was informed that there is no way to actually contact the store. This, in my opinion, IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    Purchased a car Android/DVD player which comes with a free installation. Bought a rear backup camera that was installed but not well-angled so it's more pointing to the ground.

    Good rearview camera for the price paid! But be careful when trying to adjust the lens to look down. I found that doing this can break the inside wiring on the rear of the camera and this creates noise on the video signal.

    NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY CANT TALK TO STORE

    I called the Asheville NC BESTBUY and thought I was talking to a car stereo technician that knew what they were doing. But I was actually talking to someone in the national call center. I bought a car stereo and parts for my daughter birthday over the phone. They guaranteed me the stereo and all parts would work with my daughters car and steering wheel controls. I ordered all parts to be delivered to the Asheville BESTBUY store where my daughter lives and set an install date. First install date was almost 5 weeks from purchase date. Half the items went to the store and half to my home address. We had to make a two and a half hour trip to take here the other parts. Today she had the stereo installed. The controls on her steering wheel no longer and the system is not hands free as advertised, and they disconnected her USB port and she can only use the one in the glove box. I cannot talk to anyone at the store to correct this because they don’t take calls. All calls go thru their national call center and they are not any help. They told me we had to visit the store in person and it has to be me since I purchased it. Now we have to travel another two and a half hours to get the issue fixed and the return window is passed now. I’m done with shopping at BESTBUY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CALL CENTER IS A JOKE

    Rear View Camera

    I went to get a car wash the next morning an the camera stop working. The rear facing camera hasn't worked since. The camera in the mirror would stay on for 20 second then turn back off.

    The radio works and it was done in the time frame they quoted me. however, the phone doesn't work well. People have commented they have trouble hearing me and the item itself has restarted on its own twice now. Prior to the install, the guys were great! Very informative and told me the initial stereo i purchased would not work in my car. Helped me find a quality stereo in my price range. Over and above in my opinion. But no idea why now, the stereo isn't working the way I feel it should.

    problem : Dash was not replaced flush over the radio mount. have not been able to correct, seems something went wrong with one or more of the tabs.

    Great service when I purchased these items. But now I am really disappointed that they are unable to locate my appt for radio installation that was set for March 27th at 10am.

    They did a fine job installing the camera. i was told at the time of sale that i would be able to turn the camera on at my choosing but that is not the case. Installers maybe could have done something to fix that.

    They are nice guys and seem to be hard workers so I'll bump it up to 2 stars, but after 2 trips and 6hrs of work my backup camera is not working. It worked for a day then I took it back to get it working again. When I left it was not working again. I've called and get no call back. They said they were going to talk about a solution and call me in 2 day..that was over a week ago and still no call. As an Elite plus member who also purchased Total Tech Support it's been a disappointing experience.

    Due to COVID 19, the installation never happened

    The rearview camera was returned because the installation can't be done due to COVID 19 situation. I gave 3 star because they try to schedule it and they are communicating with me.

    Agent did not set camera correctly which required a second visit to have it align right. Very happy with this aspect of experience with this location.

    The Geek Squad people were nice, although the one tech liked to correct or belittle my opinions when I mentioned them which I felt was a little out of line. Plus, I left being told that the amp in my car was bad. So I bought a new factory amp for my car and installed it myself because it was super easy. Only have 5/10 speakers working, the radio does not display the back-up cam on the radio for trailer watching. No Sirius radio, radio is glitching on the touch screen and will not play DVD's. I'm going in for warranty repair on Sunday. I'm not too happy.

    Approximately 30 days & not working. Probably a connection issue. Looked under vehicle & wire are exposed & hanging down. Sure it can all be resolved, but need to figure out when.

    Not the best View inside the Subaru

    Installation was timely and professional. Only down side is that the angle of the visual unit (stereo screen) is not the best to see. If a tall person (over 5’7”) even more difficult to see.

    Back up camera image is backwards. I have tried calling at least 10 times. The phone just rings and rings. No voice mail to leave a message. I plan on showing up in person this weekend.

    I do not like plugging my phone into the glove box and I wish I could stream music wirelessly because when I shut the glove box after connecting my phone It pinches the wires and it is messy.
