Product good..installation had issues. When I got the car back they claimed that the backup lights were not functioning .So you had to wiggle the shifter stick to make the backup cam engage. So I had to take it to a garage and pay $100 to have a mechanic try and fix the issue that they say was already apparent. But I had NO indication that an error existed prior to the installation and had no way to prove it !!.So I was not all to happy with the installation that cost me $180 then had to pay another $100 to fix what I think they screwed up.

Was double-charged and ended up going back to get refund for one of the charges. Was told that he could not make it on time to install the camera on my car but then proceed and installed it under 30 minutes so that confused me, had to flag them down at the beginning because they ignored me. Otherwise, he did install it and there’s no problem with it so far.

Quick install. Friendly Installers.However, they did not take the time to adjust the grid lines on the back up camera nor angle the camera at the proper angle. Disappointing.

Did a great job on installation. The problem I had was they ordered the wrong product and had to reschedule my appointment.

The installation was great, however, I feel like it should have been rolled into the price of the head unit installation instead of billed after I left.

Good Service from the Geek auto squad , But i had to pay another $30 plus for a relay switch and spent another extra hour as mine was a AUDI , about which i have not been told before.

They did a good job with the install, although I had to wait a lot longer than they originally said. I watched a lot of TV at Best Buy that day.

Installer has poor manners. Tried to over charge me $150 after the installation was done

I had a remote start and alarm double din stereo and backup camera installed i would highly recommend going someplace else for it all I got it done here and regret it they didn't hook up the stereo correctly and I'm waiting for that to go oyt because of how it is wired it will make it fail they powered ALL OF MY SPEAKERS TO THE FRONT SPEAKERS only they got the left and right correct but now i can't adjust the speakers to make my back ones louder and thats just the beginning of the problems to come I would imagine if they did shortcuts like that on the stereo they did some on the remote start and alarm the backup camera is junk after purchasing it i found out the closest best buy to do the intall was 1hr 40min away from me and now that I noticed the speakers not wired correctly I'd have to drive almost 4hrs for it to be looked at stay away they are horrible about customer service and try and call a local best but store for questions lol they dont even take phone calls go someplace that is not going bankrupt

Sales team told me I could turn the camera on at any time to see behind me. Not a big deal but that feature is incorrect. It's only when in reverse.

The camera was mounted well, but recently I've been have issues w/ it staying connected and maintaining service while in operation.

Didnt get it right the first time, but did a great job to get it to work the second time. Things happen. Very friendly and good guys

The camera had a clear view but the way it was installed I couldn't judge how far to back up to a specific spot safely. I camera was attached to the license plate screws but the camera wouldn't tilt down far enough to get a exact spot view. because the camera was touching the license place as close as it could be in the down position. The price was right but my 2007 Pontiac Torrent the camera just didn't seem to be able to be positioned low enough.

Many times when we have had installs, they are way past the time promised. This time, only 15 minutes later than expected. I can live with that.

When going to the geek squad to get your electronic stuff installed. Go with the knowledgeable person. Please do

I came to BB instalation service with my own high res backup camera purchased from Crutchfield. They did instalation but after 10 min of working problem appeared, first it’d get some lines across the monitor, then it went to complete black screen. Returned to fix the issue. After another 2 hours of waiting I got the car back but in 10-20 min it was the same story. They scheduled me for next available appointment (next week) On that apointment I was told that it was the camera issue and they offered me to purchase camera from them (It was cheaper camera with lower res and no parking assistance guidlines) but I still agreed becouse they assured me it would work. They start installing it. After installing it again spending 2:30 hours they come to conclussion that it was not a camera but incorrect wiring... So they scheduled me for another day. They did install it and it worked for 2-3 weeks, now it works only on occasions... Because they cut the wires on my original, nice camera, I wasn’t able to return it and now I have no working camera, wasted a lot of time and money.... Shame on you BB

Great resolution and guide lines, poor adjust ability.

camera was part of radio kit, its just ok. at night really grainy, hard to see. daytime only would've been a 4 star.

This cam wont be able to capture your rear bumper so you are guessing if you already close to the object.

The car back up camera has a clear color display, however the distance lines are not accurate for backing
