Was happy until it fell off because they forgot to tighten up all the screws.

The guy in the installation bay for the tuner and camera was very rude. He first was very against us bringing in a 3rd party backup. It was purchased new. The install did not go well because he shorted something out. Then he blatantly said we would have to go somewhere else or to another BestBuy to have our system installed. Went to the BestBuy in Pinole and it was a 1000% different experience. The staff was welcoming. They asked questions. They had chairs for you to sit while you waited. Most importantly, you felt welcomed!

The installation was fast. The quality of the camera is great. The only issue that is a big issue is that the camera has a delay on it.

Backup camera was installed and worked fine, but wires under the vehicle weren’t properly tied up, so I had to finish the job myself.

It was poorly installed. Camera was wobbly. The installer left a gap in my tail hatch door and didn’t put it back correctly the it fell off. I had to take it back to have it re-installed. It was very frustrating the installer didn’t take pride in his work. Good thing I didn’t pay for installation.

Rep did a terrible job. Rewired it myself to work. Embarrassing work and horrible attitude.

This is the only thing that went well but I’m positive I’m sure in time it will fail

I had the Geek Squad install my new stereo unit into my pickup truck prior to having them install my rear view camera in the same vehicle. First, the GPS didn't work following installation. I told your rep that when the rear view camera is installed they could show me how to work the GPS, To make this short, after the camera was installed nothing worked. I had my brother take a look at your installation and he found that first, the GPS antenna was NOT even hooked up and second, the rear view camera was NOT wired correctly. I will NOT have the Geek Squad install any other devices in my vehicles in the future.

This item was already installed. I just needed adapter to make everything work together. I was double charged. As well as the service technician had a very bad attitude.

I was referred to the Fair Lakes Best Buy because they had 2 Master Installers. I had 2 things done. A remote start and back up camera installed. The remote start works so far but the installation of the back up camera was sloppy. The camera was not tighten down (I was able to move it with my finger) luckily it didn't fall off the wiring was done wrong in the front where my head unit sits and in the back because the wiring wasn't connected. One of my taillights was not reconnected so when I hit my brakes the right side would not illuminate. This experience made me regret paying for Total Tech Support. The week prior I had a great experience with Michael at the Manassas, VA location. I would not recommend this location for car install to anyone.

Sometimes the screen does not work The visor is big and annoying

The guy tech support was really helpful and friendly, and super professional even it didn’t work out at last, really appreciate his time and efforts! But his woman manager was really mean and kept using condescending attitude which really annoying. I regret I didn’t say, shhh I got ur point and u r so aggravating, can u stop? That’s why I’m here writing this comment and hope she can see and know how uncomfortable she made others feel. After I get my radio done, I’d rather change to another place or another Best Buy just not have to put up with her one more time.

Poorly made larger than really wanted as it is eye sore in back of new TV.

It's ok but not exactly what I wanted or expected as I have a backup camera in my other car and it's a lot better than this one. It points up and when I've brought it up, I'm told that's the way it'll work. Very disappointed in the service and response regarding my concern.

GREAT INSTALL, but NIGHTMARE to get it installed. The Manager at the store told me it would cost me about $600 dollars to install, even after I confirmed with BB it would be installed under my Total Tech membership. WHICH I BOUGHT BEFORE THEY CHANGED IT ALL... Read the fine print. It did not exclude this type of installation. The Lawyers took the time to write all the Exclusions for Total Tech, but did not exclude this which I purchased somewhere else. Best Buy wanted over $115 for a backup camera. NO WAY!! They are very cheap. Do some research and contact BB before getting anything installed!

the guide lines for the camera were off quite a bit. the tech said there was nothing that could be done to correct it because the camera was bought separately from the radio. found out later that you have to set the parking brake to adjust the lines. the tech didn't even try...

Techs failed to install camera because they didnt run to run wires so why was i charged for this installion?!

The agent connected my radio but disconnected my back speakers and tv in my car
