    The tech did not secure the wiring property. I had to return a week later and was greeted with techs who seemed aggitated at my complaint about an earlier botched installation. Today I discovered other features not properly installed. I gave this 1 star because I couldn't post 0.

    Best Buy couldn’t install. My experience was so bad. I prefer not to go here and get tech installed. I driven over a hour for two days and nothing got done

    Two months is way too log

    I bought my equipment over a month and Im still almost a month out from an install. They tricked me into a deal for unlimited installs for a year for a lot more money. Now I realize that I shouldn't have done that. I would go to my local stereo store and pay a little extra to get the equipment installed before the warranty runs out.

    Techs didn’t notice until I went to test that the angle of the camera was such that you couldn’t see the ground, even after adjusting the camera’s tilt to the max. They were very friendly and apologetic but that doesn’t remove the hole from my car.

    We were scheduled for two camera installs. On the 2005 Toyota, it was fantastic. One my husbands 2005 Nissan, it was terrible. This was his second trip driving 90 mins each way and the installation was not performed. The technician said he ran out of time AGAIN.

    I had to return the products because the installation department didn't have the correct parts and were unable to acquire them. Prior to this, it was very difficult to set up an appointment because no one would answer the phone and website wasn't complying. Best Buy will no longer receive any of my business.

    I dint like service at the car installation garage he was going to tried to get me on a lot of stuff and then he scheduled my appointment like a month away

    Excessive time waited to had installation completed. Recommended if you can wait the one to two months.

    My camera was not installed!!!!!!! I was told there was a piece missing from the camera is the reason why it couldn’t get installed properly but yet it was still installed. I wanted my speakers and radio installed there at Best Buy because I thought I can trust the professionalism. I was wrong!!!

    Poor routing of wire caused damage to my camera

    installation of camera was done quickly and effectually but after a few days I rolled down the rear window of my suv. Due to poor routing of camera wire at rear hatch the window cut the wire in half when I rolled it down. One star due to damaging my camera and wasting time and money to install

    F800 Dash Cam Hardwire Install - Do Not Hold

    Hardwired camera install did not hold under warranty after 1 week. Was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks for the tech to correct the problem due to manpower shortage and a full schedule. Message left with staff to see If I could be put onto schedule. Tech on vacation for 1 week and would give message to call or email me upon return to schedule ... maybe sooner.

    After 5 days until now i didn’t received a call from them to complete the installation. I paid too much $150 but it’s not yet done, i’m not satisfied for their work and i’m not recommrnded it to my friends and co-worker.

    Took my vehicle in and after 5 hours of it being there the tech called and said I needed to ordered another part from a third party to fully install? Why wouldn’t this have been stated at my purchase. I thought these were experts. STILL HAVENT GOTTEN INSTALLED. And I got the other part.

    The Tecnician took 8hours to setup rear camera. He was soo lathargic and keeps shifting to another vehicle before completion of work for my car. He was so hostile and i wi not recommend

    Geek Squad installed my two cars dashcam installat

    We brought two car for installation. After installation my car's battery died and I called towing for that. My other car's lights doesn't work after installation. It was a terrible experience.

    The first time the camera was mounted waaay too high. Not usable. I had no way to call in that made it very difficult to get this resolved. Had to drive back in, big time suck. Worked with a second gentlemen and he knew how to fix it!
