    Over $100 to run one wire, while they already had it apart to install a radio.

    After getting the run around and rescheduled 2 times one being a location change installer refused to do the job because of NY vehicle height mind you when making appointment i showed them the vehicle a month before

    Not Good at Automobile Installation

    Improper auto install. Suffered damages to my vehicle. They then lied to their insurance company about doing the install. Had to provide evidence to support my claim They are very dishonest!!!

    Waited 3 weeks for appointment and when went to drop off worker said he would need to remove everything and start over and wanted to charge a ridiculous price. Will not be returning

    Install looks like he rushed it and didn’t do it right in my camera is fuzzy and it cuts in and out sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t I would never go to the Best Buy install on 99th Ave. and McDowell again

    Horrible job had to take my car to Nissan to be corrected because my light in the back or not on and the back up camera no longer work properly eventually I had to take it back just about a week

    Charged camera that is of poor quality Installation shoddy wires and gps antenna not hidden Able to buy same camera for 24$ instead of 79$ Will never recommend Best Buy Or use geek squad

    Doesn't turn on all the time. Sometimes it does and most times not. I travel a lot for work and couldn't find anyone to contact.

    My service was not completed. I still need to get this installed. I tried to change my service appointment but wasn't able to do it online.

    Stopped working 2 days after install Also battery was not tightened after install and bolt to tighten fell out. Left me stranded on the freeway. Not going back to federal way for installation

    The first time I went and it was installed wrong I had to turn around and go back in for it to be installed right. The original installer told me that it couldn't be done. Frustrating

    The product is no good the insulation person tried three did the same thing. He is checking with the manufacturer. The person did a good job installing my camera. Product is no good

    wired it the wrong way so i have to manually turn it on instead of it going on automatically when i put it in reverse. very annoying.

    the tech wired my back up camera into my airbag wires!!!! I could have been seriously injured. I had to have my car rewired!!! Disgusting service never again
