Not worth it

New JVC Radio, Back up camera microphone install
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jerry, at the New Braunfels, Tx store, is the man, I was so surprised with the perfessional knowledge he had. The install time was much shorter than I expected. When I went to pick my truck up. Jerry took his time to make sure I understood how the products all worked. The items I purchased have all preformed well and actually better than I expected. Again Jerry is a Pro. I have 2 more vehicles to upgrade. Only Jerry will work on my cars.

Quality Work and Pleasant Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Professional work was done in the 2.5 hours it took. Trevor was patient, humble and considerate. He “righted” a wrong situation at the onset with the help of his store manager. After it was necessary to reschedule the tear-view camera installation and being misinformed (previously), that product was returned and mo ey was refunded. Trevor patiently handled all of that. I am Happy so far with the install and operation.
