I want to thank Fabian and Victor for their absolutely professional work on the installation of the Echomaster Rearview camera/mirror in my truck. There were some twists to the install on my truck side that they advised me on that made it a very, very satisfactory installation. Great job!

My husband insisted I would love this camera. He drives a Suburban,I drive a Ranger. I didn’t really see the need, but agreed to it. So far it helps me see better backing out of my garage, but since things seen look further away than they are, I find it not so helpful in tight parking garages. More practice with it should make it more useful. Seeing the tow hitch and further out is helpful. The picture is surprisingly clear and bright.

The car radio & apple play plus backup camera instal went very well. The only thing I had to do was go back in for an update in my system as the unit was acting up. The techs took great care of my car needs. Very helpful to me. I would most definitely recommend anyone to have their sound systems & stereo/radios/Apple play/Bluetooth systems bought & installed ANYTIME. If I have ANY question they said to come by for help.

Darian and Nick did a great job of installation. They walked me through the features of my radio and camera and made sure each was working before I left. I highly recommend their work.

Camera works great and the installer knew what he was doing. He suggested a different camera than the one we originally purchased. Job well done.

Had an issue after install where unit wasn't working on Apple CarPlay. Jessie did troubleshooting and get it repaired. He kept me updated as to the status as he worked it and was very helpful getting it repaired.

The Agent also installed my backup camera within 30 minutes with absolutely no issues! Absolutely love this geek squad location.

The agents connected my back-up camera and completed it with tie-ins that were previously installed to the security system and the radio receiver.

This is one of the best decisions we’ve made as far as purchases go. This works beautifully with our Apple CarPlay-compatible device and we are thankful for all the times this rear camera has saved our bacon while parking or reversing into the driveway. Geek Squad did a great and quick job on the install and made sure we knew all that was needed on using the system.

Installed quickly and work well. After I brought it home I noticed one of the car panels wasn't put back on correctly but I was able to fix it.

Nice, clean install of a back up camera on my 2005 Ford Taurus. They had to drill a hole for the wiring behind the license plate, but had no problems with the installation. Purchased the camera online but chose to have BestBuy Geek Squad do the work since their warranty is solid. Great work!

Dillon installed the backup camera in my Fiat and it was installed quickly and I got excellent service. Very happy with the experience!

The installer was wonderful. he did everything in his power to hook up my system so i could use it for what i needed it for. I had eye surgery and he was able to put my backup camera in and in a place where i can have visability because i have lost partial vision in my eye.

I bought a radio with a monitor and a rear back up camera to install in a 2002 car. The Geek Squad at the LIC store was very friendly, informative and professional. They also got the job done in under the original estimate time, which I was very happy about. I would definitely recommend that people go to the Geek Squad for their installation and technology needs.

Went to schedule an appointment to get backup camera and touchscreen installed. They were very informative and straight to the point. Have not had one issue. Have already recommended them to family/friends!

Brad is a local best buy Auto specialist. He helped me installed Sony Audio system, Metra dash board and backup camera on my Grand Cherokee. The job was professional and timely. I came to the store twice due to wiring issue with rear speakers and also some firmware issue with Metra dash board. Brad fixed everything, upgraded firmware in half an hour. He is really awesome!! Definitely 5 stars services

Once again, Nate (the Geek for Auto Stereo installation at the Rockville MD store) did a GREAT job. The camera works as intended. The colors are good, it works well enough at night, and the parking lines turn, although it's not connected to the steering angle sensor as it would be in a factory unit. Apparently, it can sense when the car starts to turn, THEN the lines move. It's still helpful. Very happy with it.
