I bought a radio with a monitor and a rear back up camera to install in a 2002 car. The Geek Squad at the LIC store was very friendly, informative and professional. They also got the job done in under the original estimate time, which I was very happy about. I would definitely recommend that people go to the Geek Squad for their installation and technology needs.

Brad is a local best buy Auto specialist. He helped me installed Sony Audio system, Metra dash board and backup camera on my Grand Cherokee. The job was professional and timely. I came to the store twice due to wiring issue with rear speakers and also some firmware issue with Metra dash board. Brad fixed everything, upgraded firmware in half an hour. He is really awesome!! Definitely 5 stars services

Nice, clean install of a back up camera on my 2005 Ford Taurus. They had to drill a hole for the wiring behind the license plate, but had no problems with the installation. Purchased the camera online but chose to have BestBuy Geek Squad do the work since their warranty is solid. Great work!

Once again, Nate (the Geek for Auto Stereo installation at the Rockville MD store) did a GREAT job. The camera works as intended. The colors are good, it works well enough at night, and the parking lines turn, although it's not connected to the steering angle sensor as it would be in a factory unit. Apparently, it can sense when the car starts to turn, THEN the lines move. It's still helpful. Very happy with it.

The installer was wonderful. he did everything in his power to hook up my system so i could use it for what i needed it for. I had eye surgery and he was able to put my backup camera in and in a place where i can have visability because i have lost partial vision in my eye.

Jaime was nice guy and very knowledgeable and reliable.

Had an issue after install where unit wasn't working on Apple CarPlay. Jessie did troubleshooting and get it repaired. He kept me updated as to the status as he worked it and was very helpful getting it repaired.

Darian and Nick did a great job of installation. They walked me through the features of my radio and camera and made sure each was working before I left. I highly recommend their work.

Installation was neat but camera was installed with reversed image. Guess, I have to reschedule an appointment to fix that but, gee, that's gonna be another day to spend for their big wiring mistake. It's a hassle cause I live 48 miles away from the store location! Also, hope they can put in a schedule soon as I had waited long for such initial installation.

The agents mounted my backup camera, which came with my new radio. I can’t imagine driving a vehicle ever again without a backup camera ever again. It’s made parallel parking so much easier for me. I could never do that in the past, it was very frustrating. Now with my new camera, it’s very easy for me to parallel park. Thank you Geek Squad!

I purchased a total Geek Squad plan that included car installation and it was the best money I have spent. I was able to find a nic license plate camera and had it installed with my Sony head unit. Kevin at the Margate Florida Store was one of the best installers I have used with his experience and efficiency . Camera works great .

The installer could have done a better job of running the power cables from camera to head unit. He apparently did not take any pains in trying to run the cables in such away that they would not be damaged when mounting or retrieving spare tire from under vehicle.

My vehicle is a 2007 with an aftermarket Pioneer double din radio. I bought a backup camera because it dramatically helps when you reverse your car = especially if you got some Geese, who you owe rent to Clean, timely install. My suggestion is if you have Total Tech Care and you have a double din aftermarket radio WITHOUT a backup camera - get it asap

Went to schedule an appointment to get backup camera and touchscreen installed. They were very informative and straight to the point. Have not had one issue. Have already recommended them to family/friends!

Second install in 4 weeks, radio was first. Installed backup camera in less time then it would have taken me to read the instructions! Works great and looks like it’s always been there. Meticulous attention to detail, neat and clean install.
