Needed to take in twice to have installation completed. They didn’t have the tool to finish job the first time.

Overall installation was good. System works well. Wish they had had the adaptor to install the USB hookup into an old cigarette lighter.

The agents mounted my backup camera, which came with my new radio. I can’t imagine driving a vehicle ever again without a backup camera ever again. It’s made parallel parking so much easier for me. I could never do that in the past, it was very frustrating. Now with my new camera, it’s very easy for me to parallel park. Thank you Geek Squad!

I purchased a total Geek Squad plan that included car installation and it was the best money I have spent. I was able to find a nic license plate camera and had it installed with my Sony head unit. Kevin at the Margate Florida Store was one of the best installers I have used with his experience and efficiency . Camera works great .

My vehicle is a 2007 with an aftermarket Pioneer double din radio. I bought a backup camera because it dramatically helps when you reverse your car = especially if you got some Geese, who you owe rent to Clean, timely install. My suggestion is if you have Total Tech Care and you have a double din aftermarket radio WITHOUT a backup camera - get it asap

Addition of rearview camera is a nice upgrade to 2008 car.

I was satisfied with the installation. The issue was a problem with the viewer screen not working and the company not getting back to Best Buy with a replacement screen. Geek squad did the research for me to purchase another video screen with they installed. It works great. I fact it is much clearer then the camera that came with our new car.

So we were told that they do NOT like to use the wireless transmitters for the back up cameras as they are known to have static and cut out. We found that they wound the wires around and caused an electrical field that made it HORRIBLE, so we unwrapped the wires and it was almost perfect! So yes there is that issue, but it is one that GEEK SQUAD could have minimized a bit by not creating the electrical field by winding wires. OTHERWISE this installation was fine.

Installed back up camera/car play to work on factory screen in BMW 328i Convertible, which is no small feat. The back up camera is integrated in the trunk latch and he found a place for the computer box so all fit. was all set up and has been working perfect. will always go to Bryan for install needs.

This backup camera combined with the new radio I bought is absolutely amazing. Grant did a wonderful job with the installation and was very knowledgeable on the products themselves

The Pioneer backup camera was installed at the same time as my Pioneer head unit. It switches on automatically after being put in reverse. Been driving with it for a month, but it's hard to break a habit of turning your head to see behind you instead of just using the backup camera. Has held up well with the rain and cold we've had in the month or so since the install!

I am thinking that it was okay, l had to take it back to another installation person to get some issues taken care of. If l had to do it again, l would have spent my money somewhere else .

Roger at the install took care of the backup camera which I saw online on forums and youtube was a very troubling job. I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline and I kinda figured would be a piece of work due to Unibody design. Yet, he Was done in just over one hour (maybe 1:20 or so). Looks like a factory install using a Pioneer deck with 7 inch screen.
