The members were very nice and did a great job. They staff were nice and friendly and diligent in their job. The see that they put lot off thought into small details while installation of camera and stereo.

So we were told that they do NOT like to use the wireless transmitters for the back up cameras as they are known to have static and cut out. We found that they wound the wires around and caused an electrical field that made it HORRIBLE, so we unwrapped the wires and it was almost perfect! So yes there is that issue, but it is one that GEEK SQUAD could have minimized a bit by not creating the electrical field by winding wires. OTHERWISE this installation was fine.

Camera works great and the installer knew what he was doing. He suggested a different camera than the one we originally purchased. Job well done.

The Pioneer backup camera was installed at the same time as my Pioneer head unit. It switches on automatically after being put in reverse. Been driving with it for a month, but it's hard to break a habit of turning your head to see behind you instead of just using the backup camera. Has held up well with the rain and cold we've had in the month or so since the install!

The agents connected my back-up camera and completed it with tie-ins that were previously installed to the security system and the radio receiver.

I was satisfied with the installation. The issue was a problem with the viewer screen not working and the company not getting back to Best Buy with a replacement screen. Geek squad did the research for me to purchase another video screen with they installed. It works great. I fact it is much clearer then the camera that came with our new car.

Was hoping the installation was free with the purchase, especially since I already had a back up camera. Not sure if I was upsold

Roger at the install took care of the backup camera which I saw online on forums and youtube was a very troubling job. I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline and I kinda figured would be a piece of work due to Unibody design. Yet, he Was done in just over one hour (maybe 1:20 or so). Looks like a factory install using a Pioneer deck with 7 inch screen.

Installed back up camera/car play to work on factory screen in BMW 328i Convertible, which is no small feat. The back up camera is integrated in the trunk latch and he found a place for the computer box so all fit. was all set up and has been working perfect. will always go to Bryan for install needs.

Due to Covid-19 I had to wait for conditions to be safe for some departments to open up, but when they did I got great service from Ray (S. Arlington TX) He knew exactly how to install my new backup camera. Clean install and helpful demonstration of the functions. This is one reason I keep my Best Buy Total Tech membership active each year. Thanks Ray.

The tech that installed was excellent! However, I was charged two different charges! When I called of course your employer refused to cancel the higher charge even though we were told it was definitely lesser amount! Will never have your store install anything nor will I ever recommend your store to friends or fellow employees at NASA!!

Dillon installed the backup camera in my Fiat and it was installed quickly and I got excellent service. Very happy with the experience!

Definitely glad I used best buy's geek squad to install this backup cam on my wife's car. I would have not done as great a job as Patrick with ensuring the install looked OEM. Excellent work by Patrick ensured the wiring was concealed and the drilling was appropriately placed to look like a factory install. Now my wife can enjoy backing up safely with her new camera. Although it took a while to schedule a service due to Covid and the install team not being open again yet. When I did get called back to schedule an appointment the tech worked me in that day due to them being out the next two weeks and me going on vacation the next day. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I really appreciated that!

Installed quickly and work well. After I brought it home I noticed one of the car panels wasn't put back on correctly but I was able to fix it.

The installer was the best I’ve ever used and I have had a lot of stuff installed in my car. They had to fix wiring from previous installers from a different company. I highly recommend having anything installed at the Beaumont Ca Best Buy.

Needed a method to comply with new "hands-free" law. Best Buy was having a sale, so I felt it to my advantage to invest. Pioneer screen is large, bright, and terrific. User interface is not basic, but you can figure it out. Apple Car Play is quite useful. Also had SiriusXM receiver installed, along with steering wheel controls and back up camera. All done and had the car back in 48 hours.
