Overall installation was good. System works well. Wish they had had the adaptor to install the USB hookup into an old cigarette lighter.

Great job! It works fantastic! I can't wait to have to use it when it's raining outside and I don't have to get out of my car to check how close I am to where I'm backing up to.

The installer's at the Summerlin store did a great job. Very courteous and patient with explaining the functions of my receiver and back-up camera. Will definitely recommend this location to relatives and friends.

They did a good job but when I picked it up I had a hyper flashing problem with my turn signal. I went back and was told it had nothing to do with the installation. This is mostly true. The LED lights on the back up camera required my flasher relay to need replaced. Just a heads up.....

This backup camera combined with the new radio I bought is absolutely amazing. Grant did a wonderful job with the installation and was very knowledgeable on the products themselves

Great camera. I have a precarious driveway situation and could back off it if I’m not careful. In the past I had to rearrange both side mirrors to be sure I didn’t back up too far. Now I just look at the picture on my screen and feel confident. By the way, just putting the car in reverse turns on the camera. It’s just like my 19 year old car has been rejuvenated. I love it.

The agent was well versed in installing the equipment provided. He was quick and professional. Also did the job without up selling equipment.

My passenger side sun visor clip was broken during an installation and rather than informing me off the damage it seems as if someone took it upon his/her self to fix it by using some black adhesive. The adhesive broke loose rather quickly and I was forced to order an replacement part. The part was cheap but the disappointment in finding out that I wasn't told about the damage when I picked up my car was the real issue.

Needed to take in twice to have installation completed. They didn’t have the tool to finish job the first time.

The agent was friendly and courteous, did his job flawlessly in less than the scheduled time! He started following me up before the actual date of the appointment, who also pointed out the missing wiring harness. He helped me with receiving the order, rescheduling, and getting this done.

The Installers did a great job I can't tell where they ran the wires from the tail gate of my 2009 Kia Sadona to the Kenwood media center in the dash. They set up and aligned the camera perfectly. I am very happy with the whole system.

Seho did a fantastic job with the install and explaining how it works. There were some hiccups to getting the date and product, but these items were out of his control yet he was the one to step up and ensure I had what was needed. Thank you!

I had a backup camera installed. It should of taken NO more than 2 hours, almost 4 hours later he came over to tell me than there is a switch he can install to where I would be able to see behind me while driving but it would take another 30 mins to install it. I'm like... no. I have my kid with me and there wasn't a real waiting room, no tv, just 5 chairs and a water machine. You need to step it up a bit.

The install team at the Best Buy store located on Diamond road is the best I have dealt with. Everything looks professionally installed. They took their time, to ensure no damage to vehicle happens during the install procedure. Will definitely be getting more install work from this team.

Tech was great and installation was not too expensive. Definitely worth paying for them to do it rather than doing all of the wiring by yourself. Easy recommendation.
