I had a front camera that I bought from a third party. The BB installers were great. The camera I first bought was defective but they installed the replacement as a warranty item.

The Geek Squad member did a great job mounting a wired Backup Camera to my Double Cab 8 Foot Bed Toyota Pickup Truck. The wire was run from the Rear Bumper into the dash to my Stereo system where it is integrated into the Truck's electronics. No evidence of the wire is visible anywhere. He did a perfect job. :)

The guy who installed the back up camera in my Jeep was great. He was at the BB at UTC in Sarasota! Great experience.

Addition of rearview camera is a nice upgrade to 2008 car.

The installer removed the camera i had installed and said there was an issue with mine and said i needed a new one. I ordered the upgraded one thinking it was like the one i had. It turned out to be a cheaper version than the one i originally had. I took my original camera and had it tested and it worked fine except now the cord is cut. The installer hooked the camera up to my obd 2 so evertime i have to test me vehicle or access my obd2 i have to unplug the backup camera. Overall not really satisfied with the camera part of my installtion. Overall rating 2.75 out of 5.

Great service. I would recommend that you schedule this installation along with a radio installation if you are adding a new radio.

Geek Squad did a great job installing a Car radio/ back up camera. They were quick & did an excellent job. The installers at the Summerlin location actually took the time to show my daughter how to use the features on her new car radio. They also helped her set up her Bluetooth & Apple CarPlay! They were GREAT, excellent customer service!

I bought a vehicle specific back up camera from ebay. Best buy installed it for me to an aftermarket display I also purchased online (the stock one would not recognize it) and the instal was very profesional and quick. I am very happy with all of the service I received from Best buy install.

I bought the camera about a year as part of an after market stereo for my 2004 Hyundai. I didn't think I wanted the camera so I just had the stereo installed. A year later I decided I did want the camera and took in the parts I'd saved to my installation appointment. The installation was perfect and completed right on time. Love having the camera!

The Gentleman Named Chris was the main installer of my pioneer stereo and backup Camera on my RAV 4. He did a tremendous installation. It looks great and cannot tell that is is an aftermarket install. Chris fully explained how to operate all the amenities on the devices. I give him 5 stars!

Fantastic Job. They installed the Dashcam front and rear I bought in Amazon. I guess i would purchase one in store instead so its fully covered. The guy who did our dash is efficient and very professional. He explained things in detail in terms I could undertand. So highly recommend!

Back up camera was not working correctly after install. I brought my truck back and Toby moved the wiring. After one week the camera stopped working. I brought it back and Toby installed a new camera. I have had no other problems. Review score is based on Toby being the professional that he is.

Unfortunately, my store in Waldorf, MD fails when it come to customer service. however, my daughter attends college in Salisbury, MD and we decided to try this location prior to seeking another vendor. The service was so good and so professional that we plan to travel 3 hours to have our other purchases installed
