The Installers did a great job I can't tell where they ran the wires from the tail gate of my 2009 Kia Sadona to the Kenwood media center in the dash. They set up and aligned the camera perfectly. I am very happy with the whole system.

The installer removed the camera i had installed and said there was an issue with mine and said i needed a new one. I ordered the upgraded one thinking it was like the one i had. It turned out to be a cheaper version than the one i originally had. I took my original camera and had it tested and it worked fine except now the cord is cut. The installer hooked the camera up to my obd 2 so evertime i have to test me vehicle or access my obd2 i have to unplug the backup camera. Overall not really satisfied with the camera part of my installtion. Overall rating 2.75 out of 5.

I had a front camera that I bought from a third party. The BB installers were great. The camera I first bought was defective but they installed the replacement as a warranty item.

The agent was friendly and courteous, did his job flawlessly in less than the scheduled time! He started following me up before the actual date of the appointment, who also pointed out the missing wiring harness. He helped me with receiving the order, rescheduling, and getting this done.

Seho did a fantastic job with the install and explaining how it works. There were some hiccups to getting the date and product, but these items were out of his control yet he was the one to step up and ensure I had what was needed. Thank you!

Fast and informative of what the technician was doing and made suggestion about another product I am considering purchasing.

My passenger side sun visor clip was broken during an installation and rather than informing me off the damage it seems as if someone took it upon his/her self to fix it by using some black adhesive. The adhesive broke loose rather quickly and I was forced to order an replacement part. The part was cheap but the disappointment in finding out that I wasn't told about the damage when I picked up my car was the real issue.

This was added to the car because it didn't have a back up camera. It works perfectly and is a great addition to the car

The Geek Squad guys did a great job installing the dash cam-backup camera. Works great and very pleased.

The install team at the Best Buy store located on Diamond road is the best I have dealt with. Everything looks professionally installed. They took their time, to ensure no damage to vehicle happens during the install procedure. Will definitely be getting more install work from this team.

I had a backup camera installed. It should of taken NO more than 2 hours, almost 4 hours later he came over to tell me than there is a switch he can install to where I would be able to see behind me while driving but it would take another 30 mins to install it. I'm like... no. I have my kid with me and there wasn't a real waiting room, no tv, just 5 chairs and a water machine. You need to step it up a bit.

Yeah it was super simple and the guy who did the installation was very awesome sauce, do people still say that?

The Geek Squad member did a great job mounting a wired Backup Camera to my Double Cab 8 Foot Bed Toyota Pickup Truck. The wire was run from the Rear Bumper into the dash to my Stereo system where it is integrated into the Truck's electronics. No evidence of the wire is visible anywhere. He did a perfect job. :)

Geek Squad did a great job installing a Car radio/ back up camera. They were quick & did an excellent job. The installers at the Summerlin location actually took the time to show my daughter how to use the features on her new car radio. They also helped her set up her Bluetooth & Apple CarPlay! They were GREAT, excellent customer service!

I bought a vehicle specific back up camera from ebay. Best buy installed it for me to an aftermarket display I also purchased online (the stock one would not recognize it) and the instal was very profesional and quick. I am very happy with all of the service I received from Best buy install.
