Zach & George at Virginia Beach store did a great job on my installation! Very friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. They even called a few days prior to make sure I had all the parts I needed for the installation and told me I could come in early if I liked.

The Geek Squad guys did a great job installing the dash cam-backup camera. Works great and very pleased.

This was a great purchase for us. controls are easy to use. The blue tooth microphone is crystal clear. We were able to save money by buying a model that didn't have carplay, but still had blue tooth technology. The car play isn't necessary. We are still able to answer our phone through the radio and play music through the phone via bluetooth. The backup camera is sold separately, but worth the expense. Picture is clear.

I went in to to have the backup camera installed and was very pleased with the installation as well as the time it took for the installation. Very professional installer and very pleased.

1) "Dash kit doesn't fit correctly prior to Install" found on the work order upon pickup. My suspicion is this was added after they did not use the proper screw holes when reinstalling the radio. I was in the store yet not notified. I found two plastic pins in the lower trim had been broken and I had to use different screw holes to get the trim to fit properly. 2) Upon delivery I immediately noticed that the rear view camera was providing a great view of the sky and not so much a view of the pavement. Calling this to the attention of the staff basically elicited a 'shoulder shrug' and no offer to check it out. I later used the Allen key (included in the box) to loosen the two set screws and tilt the camera downward.

The Installer was professional, diligent and very very helpful. My vehicle was returned to me looking like the equipment was factory installed and working properly.

Aiden installed my back up camera and explained how to find/resolve my questions with the radio/nav. system he had installed for me previously. Best Buy will want to do everything possible to retain Aiden, he embodies true customer service, otherwise someone is going to steal him away!

Baron at the Williston Vermont store is a true professional. Saw us through some tricky aspects of the installation while keeping us well informed. Great experience.

The installation in the West LA location went perfectly. My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her new Apple CarPlay system and backup camera!

Salesperson said it was a great camera, but it is a little dark and definition. Salesperson said I purchased everything I needed, but when I took for install, I had to purchase another wiring harness. I was not, and still not, pleased with Best Buy.

I started the process in Florida with the Best Buy in Destin I had to wait two months to get into their schedule by that time COVID-19 had closed down the Best Buy. I travel with work and found another Best Buy in Champaign Illinois they could do the install but it would take two weeks I wanted the two weeks take my car in and it was a fiasco from the beginning I have a jeep with custom tires the lug nut was in the car however the attendant could not find it I spent three days trying to find another one just to find out that my love no key was in my car.prior to the installation I verified But they would make sure that I could enter addresses while the car was moving with the install as it said on the box however that was not done I would recommend taking your car to a different service facility unfortunately I had purchased the extended plan that allows me to have installs put in by Best Buy at no additional cost I won’t be getting that again.
