The technician installed the camera to my liking. Short professional install, and gave me instructions on how to use it in the standard mode and as a rear camera while driving. He was very knowledgeable on this product and pthers which lead me to selecting the best one for my type of car and needs.

It works like it's supposed to and no wires can be seen but I'm leaving 4 out of 5 stars because in the beginning it worked like it's supposed to and around a month later the picture is a bit fuzzy as well as sometimes the camera or picture on the screen turns on and off while I'm in reverse can't tell if it's the installation or the product!

The installer was very knowledgeable, and friendly. However phone calls echos every time I’ve use apple CarPlay, I’ve tried to reach out to the tech she’s either away or just not answering the telephone. I have yet to resolve the issue but by not being able to get help, I guess I’ll have to live with it.

I am thinking that it was okay, l had to take it back to another installation person to get some issues taken care of. If l had to do it again, l would have spent my money somewhere else .

My backup camera for my truck was properly installed in an ample amount of time. Did not cost that much either.

Sony 65" 4K TV ....I liked the ease of installation, set-up went well, remote was just ok. Sound is so so, for the overall quality I felt this is the best buy on the market at this time. Resolution is great and ease to set- up to my preference was easy to do.. Price was competitive , however I believe over priced. Options were less than what I would have liked, however, in the end I am comfortable on my decision

Got backup camera installed on 2 of my vehicles. Install was quick, customer service was great and nothing was broken in my Toyota Corolla or my Mercedes clk.

I had a really good deal/price for this back up camera. Again, recommended by Dave of Chino Hills Best Buy. It was on sale so I didn’t hesitate to buy it and the campus great. It has yellow and red lines for guides., has really great clarity even at night reverse driving. Thanks, Dave for your recommendations.

Best Buy always does a great job at car audio installations. Have had them work on my car and both of my daughters. I highly recommend getting Total Tech Support if you plan on having a lot of work done to one car or many cars. The money it saves you is amazing.

The technician installed a back up camera on my chevy silverado. At first it looked like I might not be able to install it. The technician then brainstormed a little and came up with a plan. It was done in a timely manner and the results were fantastic. Thanks again!

Tony did an excellent job installing my Pioneer receiver and backup camera on my 2008 Tacoma. He was engaging and welcomed all my questions with patience (there were a few) I'm 76 and not all that savy on electronics. It was a delightful low stress experience. Very pleased. EMH

The Geek Squad came through by installing a rear back-up camera on my Ford truck. Great experience getting my truck to them and completing the installation. The backup camera provides a very good, clear picture on my receiver. Good value for both the cost of the camera and the installation.
