Brought my own back up camera and they installed it pretty happy with my purchasing process

This is the second vehicle where I've had a new radio, back up camera unit installed. They did a great job the first time and did a great job again.

Best buy did carry the parts needed to complete installation, so it to about 3 visits. Overall I'm rating it a five Stars because Geek squad give excellent service and the Camera work excellent as well on my ML500 Mercedes.

the installation took a little longer than expected, but since the vehicle a 2002 GMC Envoy probably was not wired at the factory for a rearview camera it was completely understandable. very professionally done, no loose or hanging wires

I have no complaints. So far it's been working very well and the camera view/display is good. It's a good bang for the buck and easy to install.

The camera and wiring were all installed very smoothly it’s almost like the car came with the camera operation is flawless and there have been no issues even after weather and a few rough driving conditions have occurred

I bought a backup camera and new in dash stereo and had Geek Squad install them. Everything works great. Installation did not take as long as I thought it would. I just went shopping while I waited for my products to be installed. They did a good job it all works.

Great job by Best Buy staff. They installation was completed in a timely manner. After the completion, they went over the installation with me.
