Rearview camera been mounted for about 2 years and still haven't had any issues, technician did a good job

I called, they said they could get to installing my backup mirror if I could be there in 20 min, which I was, they worked really hard getting it installed, they did a great job, Best Buy is lucky to have such dedicated workers

I was amazed at the quality of work and short period of time for the install of my new radio, back up camera, and Sirius XM unit in my GMC truck. The quality of the work was outstanding as everything fits and works perfect.

Best Buy techs are know what they are doing! They are not like a mom/ pop shop. All of the installs Best Buy did for me exceeded expectations, Highly recommended!

This backup camera was fine for my needs. It did break after two years but the swap out was simple and I found it for $20 on eBay so why not. The weather can be the issue here so I have no problems.

The guys who were in the auto shop were really personable and down to earth. I like the work that was done and will go back in the future for other installments.

Agents are very friendly and helpful to the best of thier ability. I just wish there was an installer at our Paducah KY location so I didn't have to drive an hour one way for installs.

The installation was quick but I have to comeback because the person who install the gps signal adapter and the usb cable, install it and a weird spot of the car. So be on top and clear what do u want everything to be install.

Backup camera is good except for when it rains. You can't see anything very well in rainy weather. May if it had wipers, it would be excellent. Otherwise, a good buy.

The technician did a wonderful job installing my backup camera on my large old SUV. I am extremely pleased with the work. There is no question that I would trust this technician with whatever I needed installed.

Professional installation and done within the timeframe allotted. My only issue is the gps is not functioning but I’m not sure that’s the installation or camera
