The Geek squad agents installed the backup camera. All wires hidden from view. After install , my agent adjusted the rear boundaries for me. Perfect install !!

Thank you to the install team at Houston Galleria who put a radio and backup camera in for me. They gave me advice and helped me make the right choices for best value.

I like the camera very much and the installer did a great job, but when I turn the radio off the camera doesn't come on. So the radio must be on all times in order for the camera to be used.

They got it done, camera works with no issues. The screen blacks out for a split second when I place vehicle in reverse, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal.

Our sales person (Nelson) was very helpful, and knowable. He took extra time with us to explain the device so that when we left we had a better understanding of the device.

Backup camera performs very well and works with the JVC head also installed by Best Buy. Install techs were very professional and performed an excellent install.

If you live in Mesa Arizona and you're looking to have a Rear Dash Cam installed I highly recommend using Sean at Best Buy Superstition Springs to do your work!
