I wanted a more water resistant case then my old Otterbox that also slips less in my hand than my old Lifeproof. Super easy to put on and take off.

Nice case. Feel like my phone is protected. Wish the case fit a bit closer to the screen towards the top of the phone as I need to press harder in that area.

I liked the look of the case. It was sturdy and wasn't the typical rubber all around look. I had a couple of issues the 1st day; the flaps over the headphone hole and the charger hole wouldn't close properly. I had to spend a minute or two to get them to seat properly. Deal killer, I use both ports frequently. So, I went to customer service and bought a similar case that I had on my old phone.

Adds a bit to the overall size of the iPhone 6, but feels very secure. Good grip and comfort for handling.

I have been using this case for 2 month now. I Have a very definite opinion on it. First off the case is not "water proof". The company does not specify what their water resistant claim means. In my testing it takes about 14 seconds for water to begin to fill the case ( I tried it the first night without my phone). So there's that, also I have found the screen to be a little annoying when trying to type in Messages. I go rather quickly, and because there is a small space between the protector and the screen, You often will think you pressed something when in actuality you have not. I also have trouble accessing the vibrate on off button, and dust/dirt will get in the case if you have ANY ports open. Now on to the positives. The case looks great, it fits in my hands great, and it protects from normal fall very well. This is a great case for the average person, but if you expect premium protection you should look elsewhere. I came from an old Otterbox armor case, and overall I liked that one better. I could trust that case to provide adequate protection. This one still hasn't earned that trust. I would only recommend this to a friend who was maybe looking for medium protection. Someone looking for Great protection should get a life proof.

I bought this case shortly after I received my iPone 6 and at first I really liked it. The case seems to provide decent protection, which is what I really wanted when I bought it. However, after making several phone calls, the people that I was talking to either couldn't hear me at all, or said that I sounded like I was standing at the end of a long hallway. During one call, the person on the other end could barely hear me, I immediately ripped the case off of my phone and then everything sounded as it should. I contacted Ballistic about the issues that I was having, with the case on my phone, and the rep had the same issue with not being able to hear me. After removing the case, I told her that I was hoping that that would happen and explained that that was a constant occurrence with the case. After verifying the model that I had, she said that she was not seeing any other complaints similar to what I had but that there was an obvious issue with the case and offered to send me a replacement case under the lifetime warranty. I received the new case in about a week or so and put it on my phone only to have the exact same issue. I contacted the support number again, this time I got someone that was a little less interested in trying to resolve my issue. I've been suffering with the case for the past couple of months, either removing it or switching to speaker phone when making calls. This is however getting to be a little annoying, I may try support one more time to see if I can get the issue resolved before just buying a new case all together.

Okay. So, I wrote the manufacturer on their provided email. Let's see if I get some response. Right now, I plan on returning this. Sometimes the Touch ID works, but most often it does not with this case. I really value the convenience for Touch ID as I often use complicatedly long passwords. I suspect this case works well otherwise. It seems pretty well protected from drops (I haven't dropped mine [yet] though). I can totally imagine that dust & debris--probably moisture, too--could lodge itself between the phone & case like it did with my last Ballistic Case for my iPhone 5. But, that was my fault as I frequently remove & return the phone to the case. Don't buy if you like the sleekness & beauty of the iPhone. The case is totally utilitarian. Seriously, covered, my iPhone looks likes a grown-ups version of a Fisher Price "My First Phone". It doesn't fit nicely in arm sleeves or or other carrying products. However, I don't like using arm bands on a run; I like holding my phone. So, moisture resistance is a must & sturdiness from my grip & drop proof are all pluses. I would not yet recommend this to a friend. I wish Best Buy would have third option for "I would recommend this to a friend": "With Reservations" FYI: they have zero support (from what I found) for this exact product. This product comes with NEITHER DIRECTIONS NOR TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE. The website does not acknowledge the Tungsten Sport as a product they produce. Seriously... Look it up: www.globallisticcase.com/support (as it reads in the brief insert). It's not there. The closest thing they list with the word Tungsten on the website looks nothing like this product. Waiting for your email, Ballistic Case. Hope I can rate better later.
