Do not buy.

My phone fell out of my purse and the screen was shattered. I sent an email to Ballistic to inform them that their product did not meet its intended purpose. This was their response: Hello, We are sorry to hear about what happened to your Phone. Our products carry a lifetime limited warranty if purchased from an authorized retailer. We completely sympathize with your situation unfortunately the lifetime limited warranty only covers our Ballistic Cases and does not cover the device within the case. We would be happy to send you a replacement Ballistic case. Please forward your shipping address, color of your case, model of your case, image of your case and copy of the purchase receipt and we will send you a replacement Ballistic case.
