Great purchase. Only bad thing is you can’t keep them in stock so I’ve have to order the other 3 printers from the actual website. But the one I ordered from her was very fast shipping and I’ll be ordering more soon

I am very happy with this purchase. I see my son working with his bambulab and I know that it was what he needed for his college work.

This is such a great 3d printer for beginners and pros! This is the second one I have bought and they work great right out of the box.

Best buy and Bambu customer service are the absolute WORST! I bought several Bambu 3D printers from Best buy and they have had nothing but problems. Best buy takes zero accountability after that 15 day return period is up and all Bambu support wants to do is mail parts for me to replace that don't fix the issues and refuse to take the units in for repair or replacement because I bought them from Best Buy instead of directly from them. One of the units is only 3 months old and hasn't worked for over a month while I go back and forth with Bambu support. I would never purchase anything like this again from Best Buy and you shouldn't either!

If you are mainly hobby printing and not trying to print in exotic materials this printer in a horse!!! Don't even think twice, buy it!!!

Overall not bad printer, developers on the other end dont care much about software issues especially AMS system. Is crap and filament keep getting stuck or extruder itself cant pull it oit

The printer broke after only five months of light use — the filament melted and wrapped around the nozzle, making it completely unusable. I contacted Bambu Lab customer service by opening a support ticket (since they do not provide a phone number). I uploaded multiple videos, photos, and screenshots clearly showing the issue. Instead of offering meaningful help, they closed the ticket without resolving anything. When I logged into my account at https://us.store.bambulab.com/account, my ticket was gone entirely. This printer is still under warranty, yet Bambu Lab refuses to replace even the defective heating element. If this is how they handle warranty claims, it raises serious concerns about their commitment to product quality and customer support.

Let’s start off by saying i never got my 3D printer, i had order this 3-D printer on July 6 and it was supposed to be delivered that day. Tell me why I had an email saying my item had been delivered. I went to my mail room which I stay in an apartment. Did not see my item at all, I reached out to customer service. They were supposed to send me out a replacement. Keep in mind I also made a payment on my credit card and then the other half with a gift card. Best Buy customer service said they will send a replacement for me and so I’ve waited and waited day after day next thing you know it became a week later. I reach out to Best Buy customer service every day to ask them. When will my item be released and they can’t telling me oh they will release it soon! Is all the answer I got every day. At this point, I am frustrated so I end up calling customer service and ask them what is going on. They have made a report. They did not reach out to me until two weeks later, telling me that I will not get my refund and that I should reach out to my law-enforcement. Wtf is that? Not only I am going to lose out on $500 but on top of that I have to reach out to a law-enforcement in which they will not do anything unless it’s a huge crime!!! Also I am a Best Buy reward member that I pay yearly $180 a year that’s supposed to protect my item.

I had it for 4 days and printed 10 items. 2 of them came out looking like Ronald McDonald's hair. While changing the filament something got stuck. Took me 30 minutes to clear it and now the X axis motor has too much vibration and the print sucks. I much prefer my ender3. The photo is before I had any issues and was the 3rd or 4th print.

This printer is simply amazing. I saved up and upgraded to the A1 after years of manual bed leveling with a peice of paper (if you know, you know) and tweeking my Ender 3 that it was time for a change. First off i got it while on sale so i got lucky and price will usually be the same as if you got it straight from the official site, but the no interest financing with the card helped me make the final decision. Secondly this printer was so easy to set up, instructions were super user friendly that i had it out of the box and printing in less than an hour. Mind you about 50% of that time was the initial calibrating and software updates. I didn't want to be basic so no i did not print out a Benchy first. The first print was actually parts for it to top mount the AMS Lite and when i saw those first laying drop... well it nearly brought a tear to my eyes. Every layer went smooth and fast and the amount of ambient noise it produced was hardly noticable. And everything is so user friendly a beginner will have zero problems with it and someone with experience can bring out even more potential. UPDATE After about a month of having it and ripping though about 3 rolls of filament printing everything from tools for woodworking, toys for my son, props such as helmets and fidgets for friends i must say i will never regret this purchase. It has a spot right next to my tv no less than 4 feet from it and we can hardly hear it. It has had zero faults and im using filament from Temu and Aliexpress and things come out looking great. PETG on the other had has huge stringing issues and everything comes out bad IF you send it from the app. For PETG use the Slicer and correct things on there and it has minimal stringing that you can just cut off the melt off the a lighter. Filament waste with AMS is always an issue but the 4 color option is a must. OVERALL.... get it you will not be disappointed.

B-Motor died after 6 hours of use. Had 3 good prints before it died. Returned to Best Buy after Bambu Lab support recommended replacing the unit.

This is my first 3D printer, and I was surprised by how easy it was to assemble. I had some concerns about investing in a 3D printer and conducted extensive research, which led me to choose this model among many options. If you are looking for a 3D printer and it's your first time, I recommend the Bambu Lab A1. However, I cannot recommend the Mini due to its smaller print bed, which is not suitable for larger projects. Right out of the box, I was able to start printing quickly and easily. If I can do it, then anyone can.

I absolutely love the Bambu A1 Combo with AMS. From day one, it’s been incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and reliable. The setup was straightforward, the interface is user-friendly, and the print quality is consistently excellent. The AMS system is a game changer—multi-color and multi-material printing is seamless and dependable, which has opened up so many creative possibilities. What really sets Bambu apart is how trustworthy the entire ecosystem feels. The printer just works, and when I do have questions, the support and resources are outstanding. The Bambu app is well-designed and makes monitoring prints, managing files, and controlling the printer incredibly convenient, even remotely. Overall, the A1 Combo with AMS has exceeded my expectations and has become a printer I genuinely trust and rely on. I would confidently recommend it to both beginners and experienced makers alike.
